My name is Coraline Harris, I'm 14 years old, and I'm here to tell you that Demons, Angels, and Ghosts.... They're all real. I was born with a gift, a gift to see thing as they really are. I use this gift to save people and to hunt monsters. There are others like me too, Sorcerers, Hunters, Men of letters. Most of us have one thing in common, we kill monsters, but now someone's out there killing us, and if I don't hurry up I'm going to be next.
But first I went to go find Makeda Smith, my friend, she's a Sorceress like me but her magic all water-based. It only takes a few seconds to open a portal to her apartment in Gotham City. I haven't seen her for a while I hope she's ok.
I didn't want to scare her, so I decided to knock on her front door. Knock, Knock, Knock, no answer. "Micky. Micky come on it's important!" I yell.
Just as I was about to give up and come back later I hear Micky scream. "SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!"
I immediately break down the door using a spell "Inspiratione."
