Chapter 18 - Back to Reality.

"Finally, hey guys come here." Goerge said to us while we we're having our morning chat.

"What is it, George?" I asked.

"Susan said it's done, we could travel now.."

"Great! It's been weeks.." I said to him.

"I'm so excited!" Gretta said obviously excited.

It's been a while living here in 2003. It's not that different from 2018 but there's some differences. Like the people and music. Oh also the trends.

What really bugs me is..

What will happen to me and George now once we go back to reality?

Will we still be a couple?

In these 5 weeks, me and him are..

I don't know it's just that I think once we go back to reality. We will drift apart now. We have our own lives and my parents think I'm dead thanks to him and his group..

But what would really happen to us?

While Gretta was outside our mini apartment watering the plants.

"George." I simply said.

"What is it, Karen?"

"I want to talk."

"About what, Karen?"

"Us." I said to him.

"What about us." He said to me confused.

What? He didn't know that.. Whatever.

"About us. About our relationship. What happens once we go back to 2018?" I said.

"What?" He said still confused.

This time I'm really pissed.

"I MEAN WOULD WE STILL DATE WHEN WE GO BACK TO REALITY, DUMBASS." I snapped.

I can't help it he's so stupid.

"Ohhh." He said with a smile.

"Ohhh.. Stop it and answer smart ass." I said still annoyed.

"Do you want us to continue dating?"

"I don't know.. I mean these past 5 weeks we just act like buddys."

"Sorry.. I'm not really go at relationships so yeah."

"It's okay, George. Anyway I'm the man in this relationship."

"Oh that again, stop it Karen. It's not really funny."

"It's funny to me! And it's true you're such a woman."

I laughed and continued.

"Don't worry my George. I'll be the best boyfriend for my dear girlfriend named George." I said while not trying to laugh.

"Fuck you then." He said trying not to crack a smile.

"What is this? My girlfriend swearing?! I can't believe it!"

"Ahhh" Said George who is now trying to attack me.

Oh now he's pressed.

"Gretta get here right now we're going now!" I screamed at her downstairs.

"Coming! Just a sec." She said.

Oh and I taught her how to speak like a teenager in 2018.

People might call her weird for saying things like, oh my! my dear i bound for thee love, I will come to you in a minute just wait and sit, thy and etc.

"Okay, It's time." George said.

"We're ready, let's go!"

So bye 2003..

So here we are.. Back to reality.

2018. I sorta miss this time period but I still prefer 1870..

We we're transported to the "lair" and yup after so many months. I saw Susan and the squad again.

"Welcome back. Sorry for the delay dude." Susan said to George.

"Hi Karen, good thing you did well or else your parents and your littlq brother would die. Congratulations."

"Yeah you're welcome asshole no am I finally free?"

"Yes Karen, thank you for your job."

"Whatever." I said annoyed.

"By the way who's she?" Susan asked me.

"This is Gretta. I took her with me if it's cool?" I said.

"Yeah cool now leave we will talk about the diamonds now. Hey J show them the exit."

"Thanks J whoever you are."

He gave me a bored look. Mood.

Now it all seems different to be honest.

Time to go back to my house.

I don't even know where I am!

But George gave me decent amount of money so we decided to get a cab.

"Come Gretta. It's time to go back to my parents."

"Let's go then!" She's excited as usual.

Oh god..

How can I explain this to them.
