You let out a loud yawn as you were about to take a sharp turn but stopped in your tracks when you heard your best friend's voice echo
"I don't know—" You heard Takako's feminine and understanding voice call making you blink in confusion at who she would be talking to and because of that confusion, you decided to follow her voice
"Takako—" you stopped short when you saw her face close to Isashiki's and his hands around her waist
Your breath hitched as your heart clenched, was this jealousy? Maybe it was and you didn't like it.
But you knew, you knew that they were close, since your first year you would see them casually conversing and that hurt you but now, this closeness is too much. Are they dating? Did something happen between them? You wanted to ask them what was happening but you just decided to let it go and let them have their moment
'Hmmp, be that freaking perfect couple.' you thought bitterly as you continued to walk towards the nurses' office, huffing as did so.

It was nighttime, you were staring at the ceiling of your room thinking about random things
'I wonder if I should confess?' You asked yourself the question you wanted to avoid, but before you could answer yourself, your phone beeped, indicating somebody has messaged you
You took your phone from the bedside table to see that Takako has messaged you

Subject: How are you?
(First name), I heard what happened. Please tell me you're alright and if you need anything just message me, also when you get better and come back to school, I have something to ask you.
You read the message and instantly feel guilty, you could have told her what happened earlier if it wasn't the fact that you felt jealous of their relationship

Subject: Don't worry
Don't worry Takako, I'm fine. Just simple fever, dizziness, and headache. Don't worry I'll be fine! It'll take more than this simple shits to kill me
You pressed the send button and sighed, closing your eyes and letting sleep take over your whole body
The next week you went back to school, feeling much better and energized. You could even probably finish a whole series within one sitting at how well you are!
You open your locker and instantly a note fell from inside, you furrowed your eyebrows in confusion on who in their right mind would confess—even have feelings for you

"Shut up!" You heard Isashiki's loud voice growl in annoyance as he walked towards you, his scowl not leaving his face
"I knew whoever left that note was an idiot," was the first thing that you say, making his eyes twitch as a tick mark appears on his forehead out of annoyance
"You idiot—I don't have time for this" he muttered, cutting off his own statement
"Oi (last name), I like you," he says, mumbling the last part making you blink
"What?"
"I said I like you!" He now exclaimed making your eyes widen in shock
"Are you two timing me with Takako?" You asked him disbelievingly but he just looked at you blankly
"What?"
"Aren't you and her dating....?" You asked but he just howls in laughter making you scowl at him in annoyance
"Me and Fujiwara?" He laughed, wiping the tears at the corner of his eyes, "of course not! I just asked her if you liked someone—" he shut his mouth as he stared at you, his cheeks slowly turning red at his almost confession of interest in you
"But last week, you two looked like you were about to kiss—?"
"Oh that," he starts, "she almost fell down and luckily I caught her before anything bad can happen," he explains grumbling as he did so, making you let out a sigh in relief
"Fine, I'll go out with you." You shrugged but he looked at you blankly
"I never said anything about going out"
"You're making it sound as if it's not going that way." You said, finally letting out a smile, "you're just going to make it complicated." You teased making him scowl but you noticed that the corner of his lips was twitching up
"So you do like me." He smirked making you roll your eyes
"I know, weird right?"
"Yeah—Wait Hey! WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSE TO MEAN?!"
"It means what it means."
"YOU'RE MAKING IT SOUND AS IF LIKING ME IS ABNORMAL!"
"well, it is."
"WHY YOU—!"

At the field where most of the Seido members are overheard shouting at the rooftop
"TAKE THAT BACK!" They heard Isashiki's loud voice roar
"IT'S THE TRUTH YOU IDIOT, JUST ACCEPT IT!" They heard your voice answer just as loud making them all blink in astonishment
'This year is going to be a lot noisier' They all thought as they listen to yours and Isashiki's loud argument in amusement.
