Hey guys. So this is something I feel really weird posting. Like, really really weird. I hope this isn't a post that angers any of you because that's the farthest thing from what I want.

As you know, I just had back surgery. And because of that I can't work. I currently barely have enough money to pay for my starting fees when I get back to school, and that means I basically can't spend a single penny all summer. Once school starts, I'll be working a 20 hour scholarship that will take money off my overall bill, and I will also have to get a second job to have actual income to pay for the things I need i.e. weekly supplies required by my major and food.

All of that to say I am going to try a few things in order to make money through wattpad. I'm starting a Patreon page. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's a site and app that allows you to be able to monetarily support me with as little as $1. The site is set up with tiers. Each tier is a slightly higher amount and will have slightly better "rewards". For one, I was wondering if you guys could maybe comment some ideas as rewards. No matter what, any donation will certainly get a personalized thank you letter mailed to them. There can also be exclusive content, I would just have to figure out what that content should be.

Aside from Patreon...how would you guys feel about me making merch? I found a website that allows merch to be made for free. It will be produced as orders come in sort of deal. Is this a horrible idea? I already created some, so I'll link it here. I'm just curious how ridiculous I am for having any of these ideas...

I know I don't deserve any money from anyone, but I'm trying to find ways to make ends meet. I hope you understand that I'm not trying to pretend I'm some amazing, incredible, important person. I know I'm not. But if by some stretch, anyone would be willing to support me, that would be beyond amazing. I figured there should be no harm in trying.
Update: this was an embarrassing flop. But at least I tried.
