what you'll need:

- a small blender

- a microwave

- 1 large teaspoon of maccha (or matcha)

〈 matcha is a fine ground, powdered, green tea. you can usually find these at places like Whole Foods (but they can be quite expensive, up to $25 for a jar). you may be able to find better deals online, or, for an alternative, just use regular green tea bags.

- 1 green tea bag if you can't get maccha (from Nestle, or Lipton or whatever)

- 1 cup milk

almond milk is great for flavoring, but any kind of milk will work. if you don't mind calories, then whole milk will give the latte a nice, creamy texture. 〉

- stevia (for sweetening) [regular sugar is fine too]

how to make:

1. heat up milk to half your desired latte temperature

2. stir in the teaspoon of matcha powder and sprinkle in some stevia

3. because matcha powder doesn't fully dissolve, you may have give it a whirl in a blender.

4. pour into a cup and enjoy!
