Brenda's POV

Monday, December 15, 2014

It's been almost 3 weeks since Sam and his family had to move out of their house and into a motel. The only people who knew about it was Sam's family and me. Mama didn't even know. There were a lot of tears from Stacy and Mary during the move. We were in Glee club, after lunch. Everyone was talking when Mr. Schue walked in saying,

"Alright guys settle down-Where's Puck and Quinn?" Everyone shrugged.

"Anyway, this week is...Drum roll Finn! Rock N' Roll!" Everyone cheered. "Some singers you can sing this week are, for the girls: Pink. For the boys: Kid Rock or Elton John. Does anyone have a song they can sing right now?" Ryder raised his hand and stood. He jogged in front of everyone while Mr. Schue sat down.

"This song is dedicated to my beautiful Girlfriend, Melody. It's, Your Song by Elton John." He sang the song well and stared into Melody's eyes the whole time. When he finished, they hugged and kissed. Jake sang Trespassing by Adam Lambert, too. Then, Puck came storming into the room with Quinn at his heels. He had a school's news paper in his hand.

"What is this Sam?" He yelled, getting up in Sam's face. Sam backed up a bit, surprised.

"What are you talking about dude?" Puck pointed at a section and put it in Sam's face.

"You and Quinn have been seen at a motel together, hugging!"

"It's not what it looks like, Puck." Sam said.

"There's a reason why you'd do this. You want to make me feel like you did when she cheated on you with Finn!"

"I'm not cheating on Brenda with Quinn. I'm not cheating at all!"

"I'm not cheating on you, Noah."

"Then why were you with him? Huh?"

"She was helping me with something! So was Brenda! She was inside. I was thanking Quinn for helping me!" He exclaimed, throwing his hands in the air.

"Alright everyone, calm down. What have they been helping you with, Sam?"

"That's where we live now. My dad lost his job two weeks ago then we lost our house. Five people, almost six, have to live in a room with one bed. Are y'all happy now? The truths finally out!" He got up and started to walk out.

"So, your fucking girls to get money from them? That's just sad." Puck said, loud enough for Sam to hear. Sam stopped and slowly turned around, a murderous look on his face.

"Excuse me? I don't go around having sex with every girl in this school, Puck. And I don't have sex to get money. I have a good a mind to knock the shit out of you right now."

"You-" Puck started.

"No, you don't know, none of you do, what it's like to lose your house, most of your stuff, listen to your mom and sister cry every night. I don't want my brother and sister living there, and I don't want my baby sister to have to live there either!" His eyes welled up. "I'm happy all of you are so supportive." He said sarcastically, even though his voice cracked. Then, he turned around and walked out. I saw him wipe his eyes before he was all the way out. Everyone was speechless. I stood up, about to go after him but I turned to everyone first.

"Are you happy now Puck? Did you even give it a thought that this is hard on him?"

"I feel bad about it now. I'm sorry."

"I'm not the one you should be saying that to." I turned on my heel and went to try to find Sam. It didn't take long to find him. He was about 10 feet away from the choir room. He was sitting on the floor, in front of some lockers. He had his arms on his knees, face in his arms. I sat next to him and rubbed his back.
