THIS STORY IS MINE. I WROTE IT.

Elle walked tiredly onto the train, sighing in relief when she sat down. It'd been an extremely long day and all she wanted was to sit down and relax for the rest of the evening. She looked up and noticed a woman sitting in front of her. What was strange about it was that she didn't see the lady when she got on.

The woman had dark hair and blue eyes that looked cold. She had an old Victorian dress on, which was unusual because nobody wore those kinds of clothes for a long time. She squirmed slightly in her seat as the woman stared at her, her eyes seeming like the summer sun, burning through your core. She shifted in her seat before building up the courage to speak to the woman.

"Um... Hi," She told the woman and she smiled.

"Hello." The woman's eyes were still cold as she placed her hands onto her lap.

Elle didn't know what to say back. After all, the lady seemed intimidating.

"Child, you must get home as soon as possible, for your life will be ruined," The women whispered darkly, stunning Elle.

"Excuse me?" Elle asked, baffled.

"You must hurry," she whispered before she disappeared into thin air.

Elle jumped in shock when woman vanished. It was all so surreal. She rubbed her eyes, as if she thought it never happened, but it did.

Still shocked and in wonder, she opened the door to her apartment and rubbed her sleepy eyes. Scotty, her dog, came running to her, yapping and jumping around her legs.

"Not now, Scotty. I'm tired," She yawned, but Scotty refused to leave her alone, so she followed him where he led her.

Scotty ended up leading her into the bathroom where her curling iron was aflame. She'd forgotten to turn it off that morning. She quickly ran and got the fire extinguisher and put the small fire out before sighing in relief. If it weren't for the woman on the train telling her to get home, her apartment and Scotty would be gone.
