Ok so for the current I guess.. plot of the story where all of the heroes goes missing I have 2 ideas for how that might work out.
A) it will turn out that the Skrulls will be invading earth superheroes and have been replacing them. Sothe Avenger will "return" but it turns out they are Skrulls
B) mentioned a circus earlier. Clint was the first one captured, in clint's origin the crime circus or something took him in as a villain until Clint had a change in heart became and hero, they came back for revenge on Clint. They are also minding controlling all of the captured Avengers.
