Hey guys it's been a while.
I finally Graduated! No more high school. I actually miss it already. I was always a person who loved school because I could see my friends and they had all kind of fun activities and stuff. The only thing I didn't like was the homework and waking up duh! Lol but I will actually miss high school and all my classmates. Since my school is very small I literally have grown up with my classmates since kindergarten so I know everyone. I didn't really communicate with most of them but I will truly miss all the memories we've had together. Anyways sorry for not updating I totally forgot about this. Don't worry tho I will update you guys from now on!
So about my weight-loss...
I'm on my second week of my weight loss but on The first week I changed my calorie intake to 1,200. Some days I go over the calories but it's totally okay with me. I just try to eat as little as possible but not to little because that is very unhealthy for you. I try to stay under 1,400 and no less than 1,000 calories. I started running late at night and I did it for a week straight. Sadly I stopped because of lack of motivation and also because of the rainy days. I'm proud to say I have done a great job so far and I'm on my second week of eating less calories. Since I have improved I will start avoiding foods like chips, candies, anything that is junk food. I went to a concert with my friends and I sipped on some soda from McDonald's. It was a lemonade ice thing they had and it contained soda sadly but I really wanted some. Six months without soda. If I could do this I can do anything! I haven't had soda since that day so I'm still continuing on my one year resolution which was to not drink soda. Although I did have a sip as I said I'm still going to go through the year without soda. I'm about to go on my midnight run right now so I decided to update you guys on what's going on. I haven't been sleeping much I stay up until five and drop my mom off work since I need the car so I can also go to work. And I only sleep for two hours. Whenever I don't have work I sleep in until 3pm. I'm really lacking sleep but I am not tired for some reason. I hope this doesn't effect me in anyway. I know it's bad because I need sleep but my body is not tired. Anyways I will keep updating you guys! Ttyl.
