Water fasting

Day 1 (August 4)

It's 6:00pm and I already had a total of eight water bottles. The water bottles are 16.9fl oz but I just like rounding it out, so 128oz. I'm at work and I was hungry earlier but now I feel just fine and I'm not having any cravings. I feel good as of right now. I got off at work at 8:00pm and now I'm starting to feel the hunger get to me really bad. I did have to go pee every hour.

Day 2 (Aug.5)

I woke up at 8:30 and I wasn't hungry at all. I felt really good, day 2 here I come! it's 4:20pm and I am starving, the hunger is really kicking in this time. At least I'm at work, I'm able to control myself from any food. I already had 112oz of water and i am impressed since it's still really early. It's already 9:14 and I'm feeling really hungry after work I felt really angry for some reason. I had a total of 11 water bottles so far and I'm amazed on how much water I've had today I'm really proud.

Day 3 (Aug.6)

It was around 12:00pm when I started getting really hungry that I even went to look into my fridge for food. I contained myself from eating though, so that's a good thing. I'm very hungry and I'm not going to work this time hopefully I can make it through this day. My mom started cooking and I could smell it all over the house. She's normally always at work and doesn't cook but when I'm really hungry and trying to be healthier, she has to cook ughh lol. I made it through the day though it was really tough but I made it.

Day 4 (Aug.7)

I'm feeling hungry on day four again. People always say it gets easier but honestly I'm feeling really hungry. Im still doing really good though I've been watching my family eat and my sister always eating chips but this time I can resist myself unlike last week. Every time I saw food I just grabbed it and went for it. I honestly couldn't resist myself. Does that happen to anyone? Like you try your best but you just have to eat and then you end up binge eating. I might brake my fast with some fruit today. I'm also going to go to the gym for the first time on my water fast and check my weight there. Update I broke my water fast not because I was hungry, I just wanted to provide my body with food. I wasn't starving at all but I just ate I had three bananas, oranges and some nuts that consisted of almonds and pecans.

Guys I'm sorry but I won't be posting in a while. I'm having family problems and I rather focus on my family and be there with them. My schedule and food started getting f**ked up since yesterday. I haven't had any water in literally 24 hours I've been going to stores and getting juices and just something quick to fill up. (No soda though). I will be back soon!
