This is what Y/n looks like or how I picture her.

Your Pov

I wondered what happened there. I feel like something isn't quite right. Baldi is acting a bit weirder than usual but that's just probably me. After a minute of silence between me and F/n. Baldi called out to us that it's time for our next period, assuming that the broom had already cleaned up the mess earlier. Me and F/n went back to our classroom and started our session.

"How are you liking it here so far F/n?" Baldi said smiling. F/n gave him a thumbs up and smiled. Baldi nodded and started his class.

"Alright class, today we're going to learn this math equation.. blah times blah blah blah..." Baldi took out a chalk board and wrote down the the questions onto the school board as usual. I answered each one of them carefully onto my notebook and gave it to Baldi when I'm done. He gently took my notebook and scored every problem I have answered.

"A perfect score from my beloved student!" Baldi patted my head and gave me, once again a shiny quarter. I feel so appreciated. F/n held their notebook up so Baldi could see it, he took the notebook from their hands and scored them all right and gave them a shiny quarter too.

I guess learning math can be kind of fun..

Time skip because I'm lazy

We heard a bell ring and I guess it's time for us to leave. I packed up my belongings into my backpack and went out the classroom and waited for F/n to walk with me after school. I felt Baldi's eyes are onto me which I was slightly creeped out. Maybe he's making sure I'm not breaking any of the school rules? I dunno, whatever the reason is. F/n came to me and told me that we should start heading home, which I was going to but I heard Baldi making grunting noises inside the classroom.

'Wtf?' I said in my head and pressed my head against my classroom door. I heard groaning?? Is he ok? I don't think I can the open the door right now. F/n started stepping their foot impatiently.

"Y/n what's taking so long? What are you doing anyway?"

"Sorry, please ignore that. Let's just leave." I said and grabbed F/n's hand and exited the building.

My mind is being stupid again.

After school

Me and F/n talk about our favorite things while we both walk down into the road, F/n changed the topic all so suddenly.

"Y/n, I think you're getting better at math. I hope you know that.." F/n said, twirling their fingers.

"Hm, I guess so, but that doesn't mean summer school is over. I just want to get out of this school already. I just wanted a decent life.. but maybe, just maybe. After I'm done with this school.. I just hope that my mom will be proud of me.."

F/n put their hand onto my shoulder and beamed at me. "Oh Y/n, you're the only bestie I've ever had. We can get out of this school together. Be proud of yourself because you actually are learning math and that's good, so I'm sure your mom will be proud and things will work out good for the both of you."

I sighed and lowered my head to F/n's. "I hope you're right.. you know, your words of encouragement actually motivates me. I'm glad that you're my friend." F/n smiled and so did I.

I saw my home and waved goodbye at F/n. F/n waved back and walked away, I looked at F/n where I can't see them no more. I stood up to my front door and knocked three times, waiting for my mom to open it up and surely, she did. I quickly dashed to my room and took a quick shower. I came out and wrapped a towel to body. I looked through my closet and I decided for tonight that I will wear my night gown. It has been a long day today and I'm very tired. Time had passed and I heard my mom calling me that it's time for dinner. I haven't eaten much lately and I'm pretty hungry, so I quickly rushed to the diner room and and ate dinner with mom to quench my hunger.

"How's school?" My unexpectedly spoke, she looked at me with those unnerving eyes.

"School was great.." I replied casually, I did my best to make it sound like I'm doing fine so my mom wouldn't be so mad at me or possibly beat me.

"I hope you're doing math better now.. well, are you?"

"Y-yeah of course. You can ask my teacher Mr. Baldi. He thinks I'm improving, he gave me greaaat compliments, he's a total creep but I kinda like him? And he even gave a shiny quarter, look!" I showed her the quarter I had kept with me all along. She looked at me with her eye twitching but she suddenly let out a small chuckle.

Nani? I've never seen her laughing like this, well, rarely. Is that a good thing then? Did she understood what I said back to her that don't really make much sense? Even when I'm being a bit sarcastic? Why is no one pointing that out! Oh wait, I don't know how people note people's sarcasm through text..

I pursed my lips, awaiting for an answer from her, but instead. She ruffled my hair with her free hand. I was confuzzled.. but happy at the same time?

"Finish your meal. I don't you to be late for school. Get some good sleep for tonight ok?" She said casually but no emotion to her face. I looked at her then down to my food. I started finishing it while my mind was racing with thoughts again.

That was the nicest thing she had ever done to me tho..
