The common and humble dandelion has a surprising amount of different meanings. The dandelion can mean healing from emotional pain and physical injury alike, intelligence; in an emotional and spiritual sense, the warmth and power of the rising sun, surviving through all challenges and difficulties, long lasting happiness and youthful joy, and getting your wish fulfilled.

Thursday, 8:37 a.m. - 4 days before the entrance exams

You were happy. It wasn't like it was completely out of character for you, but before this week, you had felt lonely and sad. As it turns out, venturing outside of your small abode really did open new opportunities - you just wished you had realized it much sooner.

With such information, it only made sense that you'd start longing for the adventures of the outside world. So, logically, you went out yet again.

Though the question of 'where to?' came up, you quickly dismissed it and decided to just take a stroll on the sidewalk.

Today was an extremely sunny day, which completely contrasted the day that had come before it. The bright sun motivated you, encouraging you to get out and enjoy the lovely weather. You had decided to dress  light, as to avoid overheating - it was hot as heck, and you didn't feel like looking like a drowned rat.

Slipping on a pair of white shoes , you headed out on your walk.

As you went on, you noticed how the sidewalk had cracked in various places. In some areas little bits of weeds had sprouted - though mainly dandelions.

Why were dandelions considered weeds, anyway? They weren't particularly ugly or anything, really. In fact, they were somewhat cute, what with their sunny disposition and all.

Strolling on, you could see a few children playing in the park up ahead. You wished you could go back to being that young, everything had been so peaceful at that time.

As you walked closer to the upcoming park, you noticed that it wasn't just children around. Sitting on the hill across from you was a male who seemed to be around your age. He had blonde hair, and really, that's all you could see from behind. That, and the bouquet of flowers clutched tightly in his right hand; a few having broken stems.

Judging by his posture, he was upset. So you, being the annoyingly curious person you were, decided to advance towards him. Eventually you caught up to the male, tapping him lightly on the shoulder.

Let's just say he was ... "shooketh".

You quickly noticed the black lighting bolt/s in his hair, afterwards taking notice of his watery eyes - speaking of which, his eyes were a beautiful gold, though you would never say that aloud.

Or actually, you thought you never would. Turns out you did. Go you.

"Eh .. ? Oh, aha, thanks!"

He quickly let out a smile, lifting his left hand up to wipe his eyes.

"A-Ah .. ! So, uhm, why were you about to cry just then?"

"Cry? Pfft- Why would I cry when there's a pretty lady in my presence?"

Did he just flirt with you? Oho, yes he did. Did it actually make you blush? Oho, yes it did.

"I'm Kaminari Denki! It's nice to meet ya!"

"I'm [l/n] [f/n], nice to meet you too .. ! If you don't mind my asking, what's with the lighting bolt/s in your hair?"

"Cool aren't they? They relate to my quirk; Electrification! Maybe I'm the spark your looking for."

Ignoring his last comment, you let out an audible hum.

"That's a nice quirk, you're lucky to have it."

"Aha, yeah - but it does have it's drawbacks."

"Of course! Every quirk does. I'm just saying, your quirk could be very useful! I'd be pretty ex-static to have a quirk like that."

You gave him a small smile, internally wanting to die because of your poor pun skills. Luckily, though, he seemed to like it. He obviously had a bad sense of humor, yet he also reminded you of a cute, little dandelion.

"Thanks! What's your quirk?"

"My quirk ..?"

"Yeah! You have one, don't cha?"

"I'll tell you later .. I gotta go. It was really nice meeting you Denki!"

"Eh? Oh .. okay!"
