Chapter 12

Johnny's POV

"Hey guys, I got the mail."

"Carson, you can't go out their in the pooring rain."

"Yeah, you could've gotten sick babe."

"I took the car calm down."

"Okay. Well what's in the mail."

"I don't know."

Carson handed the mail to me. I was flipping through it. Bills, bills, bills, letter for Kenzie, letter for Lauren and I, more bills. I looked at the letters and realized they were from our parents.

"Kenzie you have a letter from your mom and Lauren, we have a letter from our parents."

"God don't your parents know how to text or email?"

"Haha no they really don't Carson."

"Well Johnny, open up the letter!"

"Okay okay. It says:

Dear Lauren and Johnny,
          We hope you are having a great time at your new place. We would love to come visit. In fact we decided to come visit. We will be there at 12:30 on Tuesday of next week. Hope you have a clean house. And remember stay away from that Mackenzie girl.

Love, Mom and Dad

Oh shit!"

"I know I know."

"What? I'm confused."

"Of course you are Carson."

"Babe, calm down." Kenzie tried to calm me down.

"Kenzie? Why are they freaking out?"

"Because their parents are coming over on Tuesday and we aren't supposed to hang out with each other let alone date and you and Lauren aren't allowed to date either."

"Fu-"

"Carson!"

"Sorry babe."

"Kenzie what does your letter say?"

"It says:

Dear Kenzie,

I hope you are enjoying your new house. I also hope you are staying away from the Orlando children, especially that boy Johnny, he's a lot of trouble. I'm coming to visit at 12:30 on the upcoming Tuesday. I can't wait to see you.

Damn it"

"Our parent's are coming at the same time!"

"How are we gonna fix this?"

"Umm... here I'll ask my mom if she wants to go out for lunch and then text me once your parents leave and I'll come back with her and show her around."

"Okay."
