Waking up the next morning I looked up at Ryder. "Babe." I knew he was awake, but he was pretending otherwise. "Ryder." I whispered.

Still he kept his eyes closed only pulling me closer. So that's how it is.
Time to make him crack.

My finger lightly traced his lips and he smiled but still wouldn't open his eyes. Tangling my hands in his hair he still wouldn't respond. Sighing my arms dropped back to my side. "Fine. I'll go find Louis myself." I grumbled.

Ryder's eyes shot open and he immediately flipped us pinning me beneath him. "Morning Babe." I teased.

He growled at me softly, running his nose over my cheek. "Morning love." he whispered in a husky voice.

"Time to go meet Louis." I reminded playfully and he scowled.

"Don't talk about other men in my bed." Ryder demanded.

My eyebrows rose at him, winding my arms around his neck. "I thought it was our bed?" Pouting playfully at him, he grinned sloppily.

"Of course, my mistake love." he kissed my forehead before sitting up. "Speaking of Alec has been accompanying us up here."

Sitting up I watched him pull out his clothes curiously. "Yeah, is that a problem?" he didn't even look at me.

"Yes it is." I couldn't believe he actually said that. Ryder set his clothes down walking back over to me. "This is OUR room. No other man should enter. Especially when I'm not here." he whispered lowering his head to kiss my neck.

"Ryder you're being ridiculous." I informed, shaking my head at him.

His hands moved to my waist, holding me firmly. "No I'm not. You are a beautiful woman Red, but you are my woman. I don't trust other men to control themselves, especially in a bedroom." hearing him admit it I wasn't sure wether to be flattered or angry.

Wait, does that mean he doesn't trust me either? Angry it is. "Ryder." My voice was low and warning, causing him to lift his head up to look at me. "Are you suggesting that I would seriously be involved with another man?" he looked up shocked.

Angered further at his silence, I pushed his stunned figure away, grabbing my stuff and locking myself in the bathroom.

Stripping down he began to bang on the door. "Red! Red open up!" he demanded angrily.

Ignoring him I just got in the shower. He continued to knock now pleading for me to open the door.

It wasn't until I was showered dressed and ready for the day that I threw open the other door. He immediately grabbed my arm.

"That's not what I meant." his voice was soft but I wouldn't fall for it.

"But that's how you feel right?" I demanded harshly.

He visibly cringed but I didn't care. After everything and he still doesn't trust me? Is he kidding me?

His arms circled me, pressing my back to his chest. "No, not at all Red. I trust you. I do. It's just that I see the way the men look at you. I'm a very jealous man." he whispered.

Ryder's explanation was quite frankly very hot, and I did know of he and Damon's jealousy. Feeling my anger ebbing I turned to him with a final remark. "I know that Ryder, but if you really trust me you need to have more faith." scolding him, his whole being brightened a bit with my underlying forgiveness.

"It goes against my nature, my instincts. Red I'm TRYING." He breathed beside me and I nodded turning to face him.

"Everyone's waiting for us. Go get changed." I instructed gently. Rolling his eyes he kissed the top of my head and retreated into the bathroom.

He returned dressed and we walked downstairs, hand in hand. Once we entered the living room I could see Jake growling at Kylie, who was staring him down despite the weight of Jake being the third. "Down boy." I teased as we walked in.

Jake turned and shot me a look. Ryder noticed this and growled at Jake who looked away, finding a sudden intrest in a near by window. Shaking my head at them I smiled at the group before us. "Morning everyone." They all smiled back at me and Kylie laughed, earning herself more looks.

Ryder's arm moved around my waist as he turned to Louis who stood off to the side. "Louis." Louis gave him a curtious nod in acknowledgement. "From today on you are in charge of Red's saftey, when I'm not around. You know what I expect of you." Louis nodded and Ryder turned to me. "I have to work through lunch today, but I'll see you for dinner." He promised, kissing my forehead. "Stay here today." He instructed.

My head shook as I put my arms around his neck. "We both know that's not likely." He growled softly, pulling me tighter to him.

"Yes. You will." He informed. His face was now only an inches from mine and I saw his eyes focus on my lips. Smirking I moved my one hand against his chest, the other pushing his face away lightly. Of course he licked my hand as I smushed his face.

Wipping my hand on my jeans he scowled at me. "Don't you have alot of work to do?" I reminded raising an eyebrow. Ryder looked angry and a bit disapointed. "Don't be such a baby." I lectured, walking back to lean against the back of the couch and crossed my arms over my chest. "Ryder I am a grown woman and you know it, so grow a pair and I'll see you when you get back." Kylie's hand flew over her mouth to choke back the laughter.

All the men were starring on in shock, even Jake, who was only ever annoyed or emotionless. Alec's jaw went a little slack, shoulders drooping a bit from his stance, but Ryder, Ryder was starring at me like I grew three heads.

His fists clenched and he strode over to me. "Don't push it." He warned putting his arms on either side of me. It was then I realized. I'd accidentally disrespected him in front of his men.

Looking him right in the eyes I nodded. "You either. One of your best is already reporting my every move directly to you, and you still want me to sit in this house all day. Don't push it." His eyes softened and so did mine. "I'm always going to be me Babe." I brushed my lips over his quick. "Now hurry and leave so you can hurry back." I instructed.

Ryder smiled at me. "I'll be back soon." He promised giving me one last quick kiss. Alec shook his head at us.

"Alright guys, show's over!" He announced, herding everyone outside.

Ryder followed them out, stopping in the doorway and turning to look at me. "Stay out of trouble Red." He teased before pulling the door closed behind him.

As soon as he was gone I was shoved on my right side. Louis growled but I shook my head at him as I turned to Kylie. "Oh my god. I saw that look!" She shouted at me.

"What look?" I asked arms over my chest, eyebrow raised in question.

She rolled her eyes at me. "The look just now."

"There was no look." I reasoned, feeling a slight heat trying to come forward on my cheeks, but supressed it.

Kylie stared right at me, and it made me squirm. "You are falling for him so hard." Her long black hair swayed as she shook her head.

I shook my head at her. "You're crazy." I could hardly admit that to myself, let alone her.

Her triumphant smirk told me this wasn't the last I'd hear about it, but she did change the subject. "So what are we doing today?"
