A month later found Jamie in one of the nicer motels. He had just finished a hunt and was about to shower when he herd the lock on his door being jimmied open.
Jamie grabbed the gun out of his waistband and ducked behind the doorframe. No sooner was he out if sight did the door swing open.

Sam and Dean had been investigating a recent hunt when the trail suddenly went dead.
It wasn't until they saw the dead vamp that the brothers realized that another hunter was in town. They tracked them down to a nicer motel not too far from theirs and Sam picked the lock. The door opened and they silently crept inside, instantly noticing the bathroom light was on.
Click.
The brothers whirled around to find themselves staring down the barrel of a gun.
But, it was who was holding the gun that made both men pale.
