six days left until jaemin would leave for university, never to see his empty house again for four years. he wouldn't come back during breaks, seeing as no one would be home waiting. his parents were too busy to even see him off when he'd board a bus driving to the university two hours away, and would probably just send make a quick phone call or send a short text.
after hanging out with his friends for a couple of hours, he arrived back at his house, taking off his shoes and jacket.
it was nice to feel carefree and smile again, yet come time to leave, he was instantly moody, a light switch turned off.
he stared at his phone messages, debating whether he should text jeno or not. the older had been invited to hang out with the group of friends that day, except he didn't show up.
