After hours and hours, I have finally bred a good competitive Tsareena!
First I had to find a male Confey. They are 3/4 female, so a male already was hard to find, on top of that there's a 5% encounter rate in the wild in lush jungle. I finally did find a male Confey but it didn't have the nature I wanted. I bred it with a Ditto until I finally found one with the jolly nature. Since it wasn't male, I had to give it an everstone and put it in the daycare with Ditto until I got a male Confey with a jolly nature. Then I had to teach it the egg moves for Tsareena- synthesis and play rough. That didn't take long, but I had to find a Bounsweet on the GTS. Which didn't take as long as I thought it would- the person wanted a Bounsweet in return. I threw in the foreign Bounsweer with the male Confey with the egg moves in the daycare. Then I hatched 1 egg and got a Bounsweet with ability Oblivious- which turns into Queenly Majesty when it's Tsareena.

The jolly nature boosts speed but lowers special attack, which is already low. The final moveset will be:
Trop Kick
Play Rough
Synthesis
High Jump Kick
