Octo Canyon

Jenesee looked out the window from her apartment. She drank her Green tea as she read a magazine about the squid sisters. She smiled when she saw her two idols posing the "stay fresh" pose. It's been a while since Agent 3 last saw them, ever since the final splat fest, Callie Vs. Marie, there were some issues.

Apparently Marie recruited another agent, who goes by agent 4 to save Callie. She was squidnapped by the Octarians...

So much has happened...I should meet this Agent 4... and Damian should meet the squid sisters! she thought. He knew that he was a fan of them, after all the Calamari Inkantation freed him and made him see more to life.

Jenesee grinned as she grabbed her hero gear. She knocked on Damian's door. He was currently inside his room with his big red octo headphones on, listening to fresh start.

Jenesee started by knocking quietly. No answer. She knocked again, louder. No answer. She began pounding on the door and calling Damian's name. "DAMIAAAAAN!!!"

Startled, Damian fell off his bed, taking off his head phones. Ugh what does this girl want.. he opened the door, seeing Jenesee in her hero suit.

"What's with the suit??"

"I'm going to Octo Canyon I was thinking you should come." Damian smiled and nodded.

"Lead the way."

"Callie! Marie!" Jenesee said with excitement as she waved her hands wildly at the cousins. Another inkling was there, with his hero suit on, more modern. They both grinned as they walked towards Jenesee and gave her a hug. The Agent, which Jenesee assumed was Agent 4, followed and shyly waved at her.

"So you must be Agent 4, I heard a lot of great things about you, congratulations for saving the Zapfish while I was gone!"

Agent 4 chuckled and replied: "It was nothing really, real light stuff."

"You had it easy kid, I'm sure."

"Agent 3! How you been girl? It's been a while." Marie said.

"I've been great! I want you to meet someone, he's a big fan of you guys."

"FINALLY, kids these days don't know who started it all." Callie said glaring at Agent 4. He chuckled nervously. Callie just shook her head with her arms crossed. Jenesee nodded and motioned Damian to come out. "You can come out and meet them, they won't bite." Damian gulped and slowly appeared out of the shadows.

The squid sisters gasped. Damian stood out nervously in the Sunlight, revealing himself. It was a long pause of silence. Callie cleared her throat, walked towards him and shook Damian's hand. "So...you're one of our fans hmm?" Damian blushed. "Y-yeah..Calamari Inkantation touched

my soul, made me realize that there's more to life..." Callie smiled and gave a thumbs up to Marie.

Marie walked over and examined Damian. She smiled and also shook his hand. "I'm so glad our song made you see the light, come join us for some tea, you too Agent 3 and 4."

"So tell us about yourself, gramps told us he recruited an agent named Agent 8, I didn't think you'd be an Octoling."

The 5 Agents sat inside the hideout in Octo Canyon. Callie poured in tea while Marie spoke with Damian. Damian and Jenesee explained the whole story, the Agents nodded and laughed as they ate some crabbycakes.

"Agent 4, why don't you take Agent 8 and show him around Octo-Canyon??" Marie said suggesting. "Alright, I don't see the harm. C'mon Agent 8."

"Okay.."

They both left the hideout, Agent 4 showed Agent 8 the kettles, explaining how he would enter to do missions.

"DJ. Octavio was a peace of cake, I honestly expected more. Callie and Marie told me that Agent 3 had it hard and I was hoping it would be the same for me, but it wasn't." Damian nodded.

"Soooo, ya like Agent 3 huh?" Agent 4 said smirking.

Damian jumped and began blushing like crazy. "N-no! She's just my friend...!"

"Yeahhh sure, why are you blushing then?? That only means that you like her don't you??" Damian sighed and shook his head. "I mean if I do, she won't like me back anyways.."

"You never know.. she's pretty cute, might as well snatch that opportunity before someone else does."

Damian sighed. "You're right, but not now...let's just go back."

Agent 4 shrugged. "Whatever, I'm just saying."

"Please come again! It was nice meeting you Agent 8!"

Jenesee and Damian waved goodbye at the squid sisters and Agent 4.

"Will do!!" Jenesee replied. Damian followed Jenesee to the outside of Inkopolis Square.

"Wanna play some turf wars?"

Damian's stretched his arms and turned to face Jenesee. "Sure if you want."

While inside the lobby, Damian and Jenesee picked out their weapons.

"So, this is your new boyfriend?" Jenesee recognized that voice anywhere...they turned to see who it was.

"Derek?? What are you doing here?"
