Because of a stupid game

"Um....what are you talking about...?" She said trying to act clueless, hoping her long tentacles blocked her blushing face.

Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

"You're blushing! C'mon admit it girl!"
Nina said excitedly. Leo was in the background fanboying, Xavier smirked, and Reece could feel his heart beating fast.

"Look! Reece is blushing tooooooo." Leo pointed out. Reece blushed even more.

"Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!" Leo began chanting. Soon Xavier and Nina joined.

"Tell usss you like him!!!"

"I didn't even say anything!"

"You don't have to! Your face says it all!"

They kept chanting, Reece and Jenesee both too embarrassed by their friends to admit their feelings towards each other.

"Um...I can't play this anymore I got to go..." Jenesee got up and ran outside her apartment.

"Um someone should go after her!" Leo said nudging at Reece. "M-me? Why can't one of you!?"

"Cause you'll get some alone time." Nina said with a smirk.

"You guys embarrassed us both!"

"Well at least you guys like each other no?"

Reece paused for a brief moment. Rethinking what Xavier just said, he got up and sighed.

"I hope I don't regret this..." he said mumbling. He opened the apartment door, as he left he heard Leo shout: "Y'all better come back holding hands!" Making Reece blush.

Leo turned around and smirked at Xavier.

"So X who do you like?"

"OH MY GOD"

Reece looked for Jenesee for what seemed about thirty minutes. These idiots....he thought. He wondered around more, thinking of the possibilities. I haven't checked...the park! He sprinted towards Ink Park, there he said Jenesee sitting on the swing, staring at the ground. Reece smiled at himself. He walked silently and carefully, trying not to frighten her.

He sat on the swing next to Jenesee. She still didn't notice his presence.

"Hey..."

"Ah!" Jenesee fell off her swing feeling startled.

"Oh god! Are you ok?! I'm so sorry!!" Reece said apologetically. He picked up Jenesee. She felt her cheeks blush deeply.

"I-I'm fine." She said stuttering.

She sat back down on the swings, her cheeks still burning her face. 

"Jen...?"

"Yes?"

"D-do you l-like me?"

Jenesee looked up and stared at Reece, his magenta eyes shimmered as he nervously played with his shirt. She saw the blush on him, and smiled to herself. Taking a deep breath, she said;

"Yes...I do...kinda dumb I'm confessing after some stupid game-"

"I like you too."
