Ingredients:

* 1 cup corn kernels

* dry 1/2 cup malagkit rice, washed

* 5 cups thick coconut milk ( best when fresh) 

* salt and sugar to taste

Directions:

1.) Boil malagkit rice and corn kernels in a 4 cups of  coconut milk over medium heat until half cooked. Set aside 1 cup of coconut milk.

2.) Add sugar and salt. 

3.) Turn down heat. Stir rice and corn occasionally until cooked.

4.) Pour the remaining 1 cup of coconut milk. Stir and serve hot.
