Ingredients:
* 1 large Tilapia
* 3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice ( calamansi can be a good substitute)
* 1 tablespoon butter, melted
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
* salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1.) Wash and pat dry Tilapia
2.) Make shallow diagonal slices on the side of the Tilapia
3.) Mix all the ingredients together and rub on Tilapia
4.) Marinate for at least 10 minutes
5.) Fry Fish on medium heat until golden brown.
