Ingredients:
* 10 pcs ripe banana plantains ( saging na saba)
* 2 cups all purpose flour
* 1.5 cups water
* sugar
* oil for frying
Directions:
1.) Peel the banana and slice into 3 thinly slices and form 3 slices like fan. Set aside.
2.) In a bowl, mix and combine flour and water until it becomes smooth batter mixture.
3.) Dip each set of Pinaypay into the batter and coat it properly.
4.) Deep fry until cooked.
5.) Sprinkle with sugar. Serve hot.
