No One's POV
Chaeyoung had gotten out of the hospital the next morning and she just felt normal, nothing serious. Jack came to pick her up and drove her back to the mansion but she told him to just go around the city instead. She didn't wanna go home, just wanting to observe the beautiful city so she could ease her pain and feel better though she felt horrible at the moment.
Jeonghun has informed her about their lunch with his friends which the latter didn't refused cos he begged her to join since he had promised his friends that he'll bring her.
When it was lunch time, she told Jack to just drive her to the restaurant where Jeonghun told her. Chaeyoung walked inside and Jeonghun saw her and he stood up.
"There she is!" Jeonghun said and wave at Chaeyoung but she just rolled her eyes. "Sup bro?" He raised his palm for a high-five and he called her bro to tease her but he only got a jab on his stomach.
"Hey!" Mack waved as well as Jess.
"Hi Kat!" Kristy greeted smiling widely and Chaeyoung as always she just nodded making Kristy pout.
Chaeyoung sat next to Jeonghun and Justin was on her left. He saluted her playfully and she just ignored him.
"Well let's order??" Jess said and everyone nodded. "What do you want to eat Mack??" She asked her boyfriend.
"Noona, what do you wanna eat?" He asked and she just shrugged, a sign telling him to just order whatever he wants.
As the waiter took their orders, they just have to wait for their food to arrive and they brought up random topics to kill time.
They ate lunch in peace, telling a few jokes while Kristy kept trying to get Chaeyoung's attention but just got ignored. Chaeyoung didn't pay attention to anyone of them, she just mind her own business.
Chaeyoung paid for their lunch and they just went to the park for a little bonding.
Chaeyoung sat on the swing as she watched her brother talking and laughing with his friends. She missed her dorky cousins but she was still upset with them.
"Hey". Chaeyoung look at the swing next to her which is being occupied by Kristy. "Why are sitting here alone??"
"I'm not sitting alone. You're sitting just right next to me". Kristy chuckled.
"No I mean before I came".
"I'm not good at socializing with people". She simply said.
"I can relate. I was once like that too but as I get to talk and know more people, making friends and bond with them, I just wanted to talk to them all day".
"Nahh I'm already contented with the people around me. I don't need more".
"That means I'm also one of those people??" Chaeng just nodded cos Kristy's Jeonghun's friend and they have known each other around 3-4months already. "Hey Kat what do you think of me?? Be honest".
"Why ask me??"
"I just wanna know". Kristy smiled.
"You're nice and beautiful".
"That's all?" Chaeng nodded and Kristy was quite disappointed because Chaeng's answer was short. "Can I ask you another question?" Chaeng nodded again. "What do you do when you like someone?"
"What do I do??" Kristy nodded. "You like someone?" She nodded again and smiled shyly. "I don't really know".
"Then have you ever liked someone?" Chaeyoung turned to look at Kristy.
