inspired by the book 'to all the boys i've loved before' by jenny han.

jimin rarely ever gets crushes. in his whole life of nearly eighteen years, he's only had six. most people he knows appear to have a new crush each week (which seems pretty tiring to him if he's honest).
but when he does have a crush, he's always too scared to confess, even if there is a chance where he won't get rejected. (which he thinks is very, very rare.) so instead, to forget his feelings, he writes love letters.

he never gives these letters to who they're addressed to, he just keeps them safe in his room. in a box with a lock on it, right at the back of his cupboard where no one can find it. because it would be pretty embarrassing if someone found them and read them out.
(i.e his brother. he'd never stop teasing him.)

writing the letters helps him to get over his crushes. it may take a while, but he will always get over them. it's like, after he puts all his feelings down on the paper, they're out of his head and he can breathe again.

in total, there are six letters for each of his six crushes.

number one.

kim namjoon; the childhood friend with an adorable smile.

number two.

kim seokjin; his first proper crush and way out of his league.

number three.

jeon jeongguk; a good friend and an even better kisser.

number four.

kim taehyung; his best friend. and nothing more than that, unfortunately.

number five.

jung hoseok; taehyung's ex who happened to be a little drunk one night and started something neither of them regret (that much).

and finally, number six.

min yoongi; the only letter that didn't work.
