Yes.
It's true.
I'm on Pinterest yesterday (yes I have a Pinterest), and I see this LGBT post from Tumblr. Ooh, yee! A thing to save!
But no.
If you're on Tumblr, block pridediscourse immediately. If I had one myself, I would definitely. They wrote the following Tumblr post:
Why is it so hard for ace/aro people who aren't lesbian, gay, bi, or trans to grasp the concept that lgbt people want a safe space that doesn't include cishets? Make your own community, this one isn't for you.
Also if your [it's you're, you uneducated apple] ace/aro but not lgbt don't [freaking] use the word "queer" especially to describe yourself. It's not your word/slur to reclaim.
??????
Like?????
And, don't follow (~•_•)~ (name is tapirss in Pinterest URL). Biromantic asexual who doesn't believe that cishets can be asexual.
Like sweetie het can mean heteroromantic. Het doesn't always mean heterosexual.
You can block tapirsss on Pinterest, if you want to go that far. Go to https://pin.it/lljuomyu3upz3s (this is the pin with the Tumblr post by pridediscourse) and click on one of their comments (I, personally, chose the first comment they added in response to mine. I'm LeepFrog713, if you want to read the conversation. I'm closeted so I can't always respond due to people looking over my shoulder). Report it as a hate speech to a group of people. Pinterest will then give you an option to block tapirsss.
I JUST REALIZED SOMETHING AS WELL.
IF LGBT IS ONLY LGBT, THEN THAT MEANS PANSEXUALS AREN'T A PART OF THAT.
Screw that.
Pansexuals are like the most queer beings ever.
You're loved.
You're accepted.

i'm ace? and part of lgbt?
Non-FictionSo I've seen journals of people in the LGBT+ community on here, and I've also noticed that asexuals seem to have lack of representation. I wanted to share my story so that fellow aces can relate and/or feel like they're not alone. I'll probably make...
