I sure as heck didn't die but y'know it's all good.

My teacher just asked if I was alright because I breathed in sharply and put my left and on my arm.

"Emily? Are you good?"

HA no.

But I played it off with the truth. It's been doing it all day yesterday and today (it's only 9:30 in the morning granted) and said it was my anxiety.

I really want to take this sweatshirt off because I'm dying of heat but I need to keep my arm covered for two days (thank you).

I didn't put Neosporin on it until last night because I couldn't do it until then and not get caught. I didn't put a bandage on my arm, either, because we don't really have any but I had something else I could use instead--but I wanted to put the Neosporin on it first.

So I've just kept my sweatshirt on.

My arm is shaking as I type.

It looks a bit better. Not quite as red whatsoever, but there are some new ~sores~ since I dug my nails into my skin.

Which is great since I'm going to pick at those for three months.

There are also some red dots on my skin, like when you scratch at something for way too long? They're on the inside of my arm.

Gosh.

I don't know who I am anymore.
