Alex's PoV

It was 9PM
I was making my way to Rachel's new apartment for a dinner party when I decided to stop for a drink . Suddenly I saw something moving in the shadows which brought my vampire senses to life .
This scent was ....
Recognizable
I could swear i sensed arrogance but in between that ,fear ...which when I think about it was a very odd combination
He was moving fast
I could feel shivers of cold going down my spine and sweat starting to drip down my forehead.
Could it be him?
After all he made me and Rachel go through . . . Could he have the nerve to comeback??
I wondered
"Show yourself" I shouted
Into pure darkness
That side of town had less lighting than the usual.
"Ha..*clap....ha...*clap...ha" the shadow answered. Yet I couldn't recognise the voice.
As he stepped closer to me his facial features started to show
It was ...
Gabriel
But he seemed different .
His eyes were fully dark almost as if he was possessed which could explain the difference of speech.
He sounded more evil .
With a broken soul
Like if you could speak with pure darkness.
His forehead had two horns
Almost as if he was the actual devil.
"Gabriel?how dare you comeback!"I spat at him
"Oh poor innocent Alex.. Gabriel isn't here right now" it answered
But before he could say anything else I tore off its head and almost flew to Rachel's apartment.
5 secs later
I knocked on the door and Chloe answered with a bright smile on her face.
"What's wrong ? "She asked "it looks like you just seen a ghost"
I just nodded continuosly
