You had been best friends with Kevin Tran for years. But when he goes missing suddenly, it breaks your heart.

I was sat in my home, alone. I had moved out three months ago. Me and Kevin had told each other you were gonna go to the same college and get an apartment together. It felt weird to go to college without him so I dropped out.

I sat on my couch, watching old movies and eating snacks. My dog was curled up by my feet. A knock rang through the house.

"Coming!" I shouted as Lela, my dog, began to bark.

"Hush, Lela!" I shouted.

I walked towards the door and opened it. I was about to speak when I looked up to meet those chocolate brown eyes of my best friend.

"K-Kevin." I stuttered.

"Hey Y/N." He smiled his brillant smile.

He had cut all of his hair off, leaving a little left. A chevy Impala sat behind him, two men inside. Without thinking, you wrapped your arms around him. He chuckled and hugged you back.

"You're here." I beamed as tears collected in your eyes.

"Yeah, I'm here." He beamed into your shoulder.

"How-"

"It's hard to explain." He interrupted.

"Well I wanna know anyway." I told him.

He turned towards the impala and motioned for them to come over. His arm was still around your waist. Both men got out of the car and walked towards you.

"Y/N this is Sam amd Dean Winchester." He told me.

Winchester. I knew that name like the back of my hand. Dad had told me about his hunting days with the Campbell's. How Mary had died so many years back, on the roof of Sam's nursery.

"Say the hell away from him." I shoved Kevin behind me.

"What? Y/N-"

"You Winchester's are like poison, you'll get him killed." I growled.

"Excuse me?" Dean rasied an eyebrow.

"Your mom and my dad hunted together. Were together for a while before she choose John over him. I know all about you." I rolled my eyes.

"Your dad knew our mom?" Sam asked.

"No duh. He also knew your dad. You dad is the fucking reason my dad is dead. I despise you Winchesters." I sighed.

"Hey. It's okay. They aren't as bad as you think. Just let us explain." Kevin placed a hand on your shoulder.

I slowly led them inside. I sat down on the couch once more, Kevin sitting beside me.

"I was made a prophet of the lord." He told me.

I laughed. He gave me a serious face.

"You aren't kidding. Kev, there is no such thing as God." I told him.

"I find that very offensive." I screamed at the sound of a new voice.

A man in a trench coat stood in my living room.

"Who the fuck are you?" I gasped.

"My name is Castiel and I am an angel of the lord." He told me.

"How is this- but- I grew up knowing angels don't exsist!" I gasped.

"So did I." Kevin sighed.

"So what the fuck does a prophet do?" I asked.

"I can read this thing called the word of god. Only I can read it." Kevin told me.

"So that night that you disappeared-"

"That was the night I became a prophet." He told me.

"This is insane." I told them.

"We'll give you two a minute." The Winchester's and Castiel left.

"Kevin. Did you hit your head or something?" I grabbed his chin and turned his head side to side.

"No, Y/N." He grabbed my hand and held it. "This is all real. I wanted to tell you because you're my best friend, and I could never leave you without a reason." He told me.

"Kev. Where have you been?" I asked.

"Hidden from the king of hell." He told me, playing with my fingers.

"How long will you be gone?" I whispered.

"Forever." He muttered.

"I'm going with you." I told him.

His head shot up.

"What? Y/N! No-"

"Yes. Kevin, I'm just gonna say this, I love you. I always have and always will. I can't stand to lose you. Please let me go with you." I begged.

"Y/N, I love you too." He smiled at me.

I grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and pulled him into a eager kiss. He smiled and kissed back.

"So is that a yes?" I asked as we pulled away.

"Okay." He smiled.

I giggled.

"Get some, Kevin!" I turned to see Dean smirking and Sam looking completely sorry while Castiel looked confused.
