8. Interview

Next Day.

Primrose's POV

So training is done now but one more thing is interview before going in games. I'm so nervous to go in interview, Katniss will be watching.
I can't believe I just kissed older boy who is 18 years old and I'm just 12 years old. I don't care about ages, I mean we going to die anyway in games. I don't think anyone will care about us.
I'm so lucky that I didn't ran away from Cato after we kissed, we just cuddles.
He said he loved me before he go to bed and I was shocked when he said it.
I felt bad for not saying it back to him.
I hope he understand why, I mean I'm only 12 years old and doesn't know anything about love, but I do sometimes but not lots, I only don't know anything like sexual or going to far than kiss or cuddle so that why.
The reason why I'm nervous about interview is not because Katniss watching, it because what if Caesar Flickerman asking questions about relationship between me and Cato? I didn't want my sister know about it.

After Cinna just put last flower in my hair bun, I look myself in mirror...

I smile, he even put makeup on me too, I heard gasps behind me, I turn to see Effie with her hand to her chest, she in tears. "Oh so beautiful!" She said I smile, "I think she meant cute." Cinna said we all laugh, "he's right." Effie said, walk toward to me and hug me.
"I'm sorry about yesterday." I said.
"No no I get it." Effie said smile at me.
"Prim, time to go." Cinna said smile.

Once Effie and I arrived where all district people line up ready to go interview, I was the last one person well... not just last but Peeta is last.
Cato saw me and seem shocked, with jaw drop. I giggles as Clove shut his jaw up and wink at me, I smile at her. I went to line up, "Katniss will be in tears if she see you like this." Peeta said I sighed and turn round, "I'm so sorry."
"Don't, just don't." I said turn round, to see Cato thumb up asking if I'm okay. I just nodded at him knowing I'm okay.
"What happened with you and Cato?" Peeta asked, "just leave me alone, you took my friend." I said in frustration.
"I didn't take your friend, I want to protect her... just for you." He said I turn round, "I'm serious." He added.

I watched Cato went on stage, I smile.
"So Cato, I heard there a lucky girl for you, are you two dating or just friend?" Caesar asked oh god! I knew this is going to happens, I hope Katniss isn't watching this. Cato sighed, "well it complicated, I'm not sure if we dating but we may have kissed once." Cato said, there gasps in background.
"Really?! Oh! I'm sure we love to hear who this lucky girl? Please do tell us." Caesar said oh god! Cato please don't tell them, I swear I will kill you that.
"Primrose, she from distract 12." Cato said again there gasps background and some are here with me, i kept my head down embarrassing, I caught the careers giggles and laughing, smirks.
I mouthed at them, 'shut up!' They laughing more, I can't believe they knew about this, were they okay about us kissed? I mean I thought they care about ages, Cato is like 6 year older than me. "Oh! That so great! I don't think anyone care about ages but you two look right for each other, do you love her?" Caesar asked at the end bit.
"Y-yes I do love her." Cato said smile.
I saw the Careers thumbs at me and winking, I shaking my head and sighs.

After lots districts went on and now it's my turn, I went on stage and sat down, I pray to god that Cato isn't watching.
"So Prim, have you heard your lover said about you?" Caesar said, "yes." I said, "so, do you love him?" He asked.
I froze for a second and, "Yes." I said there gasps background, also clapping and cheering. "Oh! Everyone love you and Cato!" Caesar shout before background quiet down, "do you think you will win this games?" He asked.
"No." I said, "it's because you're 12 years old?" He asked, "No, my sister is 6 months pregnant and her baby need Peeta." I said, "Peeta? He is the father?" He asked I nodded there awe in background, "Oh! Good luck." He said grab my hand and we stand up.
"Primrose Everdeen!" He shouted.
