He stood up and placed his hand at my back.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know." He said, comforting me.

"I'm a bit conservative." I admitted.

He gulped and I watch as his Adam's apple rise up and down.

It was an extreme turn on.

"I see. I really am sorry, I hope I didn't make you comfortable. Although, I think I did." He said.

"No, I just don't know how to and I'm not used to fooling around with men." I explained.

"I understand. And I respect your beliefs." He said as he smiles while he fixed his shirt.

"What?" I said.

"Why are you smiling?" I asked again.

"Nothing. You're really living up to my "you're different" description of you."

Mads began filming his new film and became very busy so we didn't have much time to see each other this past few days since I was busy with school.

Oooh, a text message.

From: Mads
I miss you, Sarah. X

I instantly blushed.

We usually flirt around texting when we're not together.

I'm glad that we had time apart because it made me yearn for him even more.

I realized that I was starting to develop feelings for him....

Not just "fan girl" feelings but real feelings.

It's only been two weeks since I met him.

Birthday is coming up and my brother was supposed to come to Paris but didn't because he was torn with work.

I decided to throw a small party down at the bar near my apartment.

I invited a couple of my classmates, Mr. Stern and Alex, the waiter at my current favorite restaurant across my place.

I didn't know much people so they were all that I invited.

I decided to ask Mads but I didn't think he'd make it because of his busy schedule at work.

"Hey, Mads, My birthday is on friday! I was wondering whether you'd want to come by at the Zero Bar. I'd be happy if you would. See u."

He probably wont. But I guess it was worth a shot.

•••••••••

After buying groceries, I went straight home.

Thank god it's friday!

One week before I turn 21.

I didn't think that I'd spend my 21st birthday in Paris.

Without my friends, my parents...

Mads still hasn't replied to my invitation. He must really be busy at work. I miss him already.

Just as I was about to call Mads..

"Hello?"

"Mark?!" I screamed.

"Sarah, dear, how I've missed you! How's Paris, eh?"

"Amazing. But quite empty without you guys." I said.

"I thought...without me." He joked.

"Oh please, Mark."
