He's proposing to me. Good Lord. Why am I even thinking about it? I mean, he's all that I ever wanted. Sometimes he's too much but dear lord, thank you.

Why am I even thinking about this? Damn it, I want to be with him no matter what!

"Yes, Of course!" I said looking at his eyes.

He got up and wiped away my tears then puts the ring on my finger.

It was perfect. I looked at my mother who was crying, Dad was smiling, My brother was still videotaping everything and Gram was also crying. It was perfect. He did it in front of my family.

"You've just made me the happiest man in the world, It might be such a cliche but it's the truth. I love you and I want to spend the rest of my life trying to make you happy." He said as he continued to hug me.

"I still can't believe that you proposed to me. I mean, me? Good luck!" I said.

"You're the one. I couldn't ask for more. Meeting you on that plane is the best thing that ever happened to me. I love you, i love you, i love you always, all ways."

I smiled at him and I started crying again. I now have everything. Everything I asked for. Everything I ever wanted.

Mads and I threw an engagement party before going back to Paris. We invited every single one of our friends.

He invited a lot of his famous friends, who surprisingly came despite of their busy schedules. Hugh Dancy was there. Daniel Craig was also there. And I'm telling you, Daniel looked so fine. Lol! Kidding. Couldn't take my eyes off of my gorgeous fiancé.

Fiancé. Fiancé. Fiancé.

"Congratulations on your engagement." Mark said.

"Oh my god! You came!!!!" I said as I hugged him.

"Of course I would come. You're my best friend. Now, I can finally let you go along with my feelings for you."

"Stop it, Mark! I know there's someone that's destined to be with you and you will meet her soon." I said.

He smiled at me as I hugged him once again.

Mom was very happy for me. Dad told me that Mads asked if he could propose to me when they were out drinking beer when Mads first came to our house. Dad told me that Mads wanted to propose to me in front of them. He planned everything.

I was so happy that my Dad and Mads got along quickly. Mom and Gram likes him. Everything was perfect.

"Hey there my gorgeous fiancée." Mads said as he hugged me from behind.

"I can't wait for you to call me your wife." I said.

"You better hurry finishing your studies, young woman." He said.

"Don't worry, no need to hurry. I'm not going anywhere." I said and I gave him a smile.

"I can't wait to have lots of babies with you." He said as he touched my cheeks.

"How many do you want? I want a girl and a boy." I admitted.

"I want 6 boys and a girl." He said as he grinned at me.

"Hey! I'm not a baby factory! Giving birth hurts you know!" I protested.

"I'm kidding, sweetheart. I don't care if we have 7 or 2, as long as you're with me and I'm with you, we'll be fine." He said, kissing the back of my ears.

"Promise?"

"I promise."

I helped Mom clean up after the party.

"Getting married is easy, staying married is the hard part." Mom said.

"I know, Mom."

"But if you're with the right person and the right amount of love, you'll surely get by easily. I know Mads loves you very much that's why I think you'll both do just fine. Fights are normal. There will come a time when you'll both want to just split up but you won't because you'll realize your love for each other. And always remember to put God in the middle of your relationship. Always do. Always pray. Love is not enough. Faith, Trust and Honesty are all part of staying married. Honey, I believe in you two. I know you're making a big step in your life, know that we are always here for you no matter what. We love you." She said.

I started tearing up.

"Aw, Mom, thank you. Don't worry, Mom. We'll get by." I said.

A year and a half more before I graduate. I know that Mads will wait for me to finish school. I couldn't wait to be married to him.

It was the best New Year's day of my life. A fresh year. I have the best people in my life.

No regrets.

I couldn't wait to walk down the aisle wearing a white dress. I can't wait to see Mads waiting for me in front. I can't wait to pick the venue for the reception. I can't wait to send out invites. I can't wait to plan our wedding together. I can't wait for my father to walk me down the aisle. I can't wait to say "I do". I can't wait for Mads to kiss me after he hears "You may now kiss the bride".

I couldn't wait to be Mrs. Mads Mikkelsen.
