Chapter 30

1 Month Later in Universe 7:

Lynn was fighting Roshi as she was wearing a new outfit. She had black combat boots, baggy black pants, a black shirt underneath a red trench coat with torn off sleeves and the 'kame' kanji on the left breast and on the back. Around her waist was a red sash and cloth wrappings around her hands. As she dodged a punch from Roshi, she grabbed his arm and tossed him over herself. Roshi then hit the ground with a crash as Lynn picked him back up again and chucked him. He rolled in the air as he hit the ground with a thud "Oh! MY BACK!" he shouted as Lynn made a worried face

"Roshi, you alright?!" she asked as the old man slowly got back up

"Y-yeah, oh god, can you help me, oh you threw me too hard," he said as Lynn walked over there as extended her hand. He grabbed it as she pulled him up "So, you think I'm ready?" asked Lynn

"You chucked me over 40 feet at nearly 100 kph, I think you're ready," said Roshi as Lynn smiled "but first let's see if you can pass the final exam... perform the Kamehameha!"

"Yes, sensei!" said Lynn as she cupped her hands. She then slowly brought her hands to her side as she said "Ka-me," and started gathering energy from every part of her body. She closed her eyes as she continued to say "ha-me," and all the ki she was gathering was being drawn to one place. Between her hands, Roshi grew excited when he witnessed that the ki she was gathering was red. It then began to form a large red ki ball between her hands as her eyes snapped open and she shouted "HA!" and thrusted her hands in front of her, releasing the gathered ki into one giant red ki wave. Roshi watched in pride as the ki wave burst through the Time Chamber and shook the place. When it was done, Lynn resumed her position as she looked at Roshi with a smile "How was that?" she asked as Roshi tossed her a large red turtle shell. Lynn caught it and she should barely lift it "Put that on your back... it's your graduation present from me," said Roshi with a grin

"D-does that mean?"

"Yup... YOU PASSED!" said Roshi with a smile

"WHOO WHOO!" shouted Lynn in excitement as she put the turtle shell on her back "Wow, this is heavier than the shell you gave me when we started," she commented

"Of course it is, it's made out of Katchin," replied Roshi

"Oh... also, what was in that drink you gave me years ago; cause I feel as if I haven't aged a day," said Lynn as Roshi chuckled

"Well... I sorta remembered that I had some youth fountain left over in Kame House and-"

"Y-you d-did that?" asked Lynn

"Yeah... guess you'll be teaching turtle School now when I kick the bucket, HAHAHA!" said Roshi with a loud laugh

"Y-you chose me, b-but why?" asked Lynn

"Becuase, you have the potential to surpass even me, now we'll stay here for a few days before you have to go... so let's just do warm-ups, shall we?" replied Roshi

"Sure," replied Lynn as she started running around with Roshi

A Few Minutes Later Outside of The Time Chamber:

Lynn walked out of the time chamber with her arms in the air as she shouted "I'M READY!"

"I can see that, now would you like to go to Universe 6, Lynn?" said Mr. Popo as Roshi was seen walking behind Lynn

"You bet I do, Popo, now how do we get there?" asked Lynn

"Simple, just follow me," said Popo as they started to leave

"Uh, can I get a ride, I don't know how to fly," said Roshi with a chuckle

"Sure, come along," said Popo as they all left
