MIKES POV

I wait downstairs waiting for her to come back down but after a couple hours I accepted that she had gone she said she was running out of time I guess she only needed to see me and lily

I had to admit we had our last goodbye and to end on what we did would stay with me forever

I still couldn't believe all the planning she did to take Christie down and get Poppy and Rosie back with Lily and Steve again she'd been gathering information for months turns out that Christie and her partner weren't so squeaky clean after all!

Seeing Lily's smile made me feel so happy our goodbye was hard but not as hard as the one I would have had to endure now

'goodbye tracy Beaker' I say I was sure I could feel her close by but that couldn't be possible I had to accept she was gone as hard as it would be she was right I had to move on and remember her as she was..

but I couldn't.

It was too hard! She made it sound so easy like I could just flick a switch in my brain and forget she ever existed she was like a daughter to me I could hardly just forget that!

I walked back to the office the house was silent everyone was upstairs

'lunchtime' I shout it sounded more like a question all the kids come down and walk straight past me to the table Gina stood there it looked like she had been crying

'chopping onions' she says to me I smile as everyone takes a seat not speaking to each other

'guys..I feel we should address what's happened this morning.' Gina says I go to tell her to stop and she nods

'yeah we know what's happened no need to bring it up alright!!' they all say it's obvious that they're hiding their feelings

'well to be honest I don't see why we're making a big deal of it atleast she won't be interfering with our business anymore' elektra says everyone stands up and goes absolutely crazy at her

'everyone thats enough!!' I shout and thankfully everyone falls silent 'elektra There's no need for that at all' I say angry at her

'can we all just raise a glass to Tracy please mike?' Carmen says, I smile

'that's a lovely idea' I say

'everyone raise their glasses to Tracy Beaker who will never ever be forgotten' I say raising my glass

'to Tracy' they all say only a few adding her last name the few who loved her cared about her and knew her

I feel myself getting emotional and then I see her

Stood by the door she nods at me giving me one last smile 'goodbye' she whispers waving softly and then she disappears before my eyes this was unfair she was still playing tricks on me like she used too when she was little I had to accept that she was gone or it would tear me apart.

I get a text from cam I hadn't heard from her for days

'hi mike..I need to see you..Carlucios coffee in ten minutes? - Cam x' seeing the hi mike reminded me of tracy as I text her back

'okay I'll be there x'
