Lana pov

"Think this will look good?" y/n says, coming out of the dressing room with a dressy romper on. "Y/n! Princess mode remember!?" I hiss. She rolls her eyes, "Here, I already found a bunch of dresses for ya. Different styles as well." I hand an arm full of dresses and gowns to her. "Are you ladies doing alright?" an elderly sales lady comes by. "We need help ^^;" I smile, "What is it that you need?" 

"Well, actually our school is having a masquerade on Halloween! My friend and I are looking for gowns for her, but...she's a bit of a tomboy"

 "Oh...I know exactly how you feel! I have a grandson that's supposed to be going but he fell sick unfortunately....come along" y/n and I looked at each other as we followed the lady. 

"You should dress in something similar to roses, that is our flower ya know" "But how would our tribe's flower be a flower we rarely see?" 

"Maybe our tribe color? Green?" "Why does our color have to be the same as the emerald?" "Well, the first queen had green eyes, and other leaders had green eyes as well. Runs in your family" I whisper back. Though the color belongs to our tribe, the vampires used the same color-in a stone. From when the very first Queen's mother was bit by Dracula, he said her eyes were like emeralds. So he made his people's stone the emerald, after his' first lover's ' eyes. I still wonder what ever happened to the Queen...

"Ah! This here!" we approach a gown that was on a mannequin. The gown was so pretty! Even I wanted it. It was marvelous. It was a rich emerald green dress that has a gold belt at the waist, and a v neck top that had green lace and gold under. The sleeves were shoulder length as well. "Woah..." y/n whispers. " This dress is designed by Gabriel Agreste himself, he sells his things for a big price, just warnin' ya."  the sales lady comments. "Do you like it?" I ask y/n. "...Its cool I guess" she smiles, "Want to try it on?"  "I guess"

"Come out y/n!!" "I'm not sure about this..." "Oh sweetheart, it'll be fine! I know you'll look dazzling in it as pretty as you are!!" the old lady says cheerfully. Y/n walks out slowly,  "*GAASSSSP*" the dress blew me and the lady both away! Y/n looks so beautiful in that dress! I think she'll probably blow all of the guys away! The dress fitter her sides and hips and all. It suited her body shape perfectly! "I...Wo-ow!" she looks at her self in the mirror laughing. "She loves it I can tell" I look at the old lady. "I'm pretty sure we can find a nice shawl for it and heels too!" I grin, y/n gives me a glare, "Heels?"

 "Well maybe we can go down an inch or two" "So what are you two going as since its a masquerade?" "I'm going as a deer"  y/n crosses her arms, "I'm not sure really, I heard a lot of people are going as Ladybug, Chat Noir and Shadow Hunter." I add. "Sounds interesting! So would you like this one or something else?" "How much is this one?" Y/n points to the dress she was wearing, "$30,000" y/n and I looked at each other.

Y/n and I were on our way home with bags in our hands, "Lana, who are you going with?" "Chase" "Did he ask you?" 

"Nah we're your partners"  "Well I looked at my calendar last night and the masquerade is on Halloween right? Okay so....the event takes place in the evening and until 12:30 midnight.  That night is a full moon, and a full moon is-" "-When vampires are the most active!! Y/n is that why so many people are becoming missing? No vampire attacks that much?! Could they be gathering an army?!" "I'm not sure. But we do need to be careful, extra careful."

 "Well we're almost home, do you want to train in your new outfit?" I ask.

 "Best now."
