It's almost been a week since I gave kentrell my number, and we talk all the time everyday every since, getting to know each other.

"Bel Biv Devoe or New Edition?" Sky asked as we sat on the porch eating boiled peanuts, throwing the shells in a plastic bag that sat between us.

"New Edition. A spin off will never be better than the original" I told her and she nodded

"True, True. Well I gotta better one for you, Death Row or Bad Boy Records"

"Damn. Now that's something I gotta think about right there" I laughed a little and tapped my chin before grabbing another peanut "Ion know.... that's a hard choice"

"It's really not that hard Gracie, all you gotta do is pick one"

"Well how about you choose then" I responded as I cracked it open, eating the nuts inside and threw the shells in the bag. Sky just shook her head

"I can't"

"That's because you can't even decide ya damn self huh?" I asked and we both burst into laughter

"Oh shut up"sky replied as Sophie's car pulled up, Selena blasting through her radio

"I've only been here for a week and I think I heard every Selena song she ever made, because of this Bitch"

I looked at sky and burst out laughing as Sophie got outta her car. She wore a white off the shoulder halter top with some high waisted jean and a pair of Sandals. Her curly hair was pulled back into a half up/ half down kinda style and she wore a little bit of make up.

"Holá mi primas" she greeted us and sky looked at her, raising her eyebrow as she ate a peanut

"Bitch speak English"

Sophie rolled her eyes and stood in front of us

"Anywaysss, I was thinking we should all go out tonight"

"I can't. I gotta date" I told Sophie and her eyes lit up. I knew me mentioning a date would make her happy "With my bed"

Sophie smacked her lips and sky burst out laughing

"Forreal Gracie.. sky! Let's go out, I'm tired of sitting in the house with Gigi's stuck up ass"

"And do what?" Sky asked her as she grabbed another peanut and Sophie shrugged as she sat down on the other side of me

"Shit ion know"

I could hear the phone ringing from inside the so I got up to go answer it

"That ain't nobody but kentrell" Sophie mumbled and I rolled my eyes, going into the house

"Go answer the phone for ya man sis!" Sky yelled from outside and I laughed

"That's not my man" I responded as I walked over to the phone in the kitchen that sat on the wall and took it off the hook, putting it to my ear

"Hello?"

"Lil baby, Whatchu doin?" Kentrell immediately asked and I smiled while leaning back against the wall beside the phone

"Nothin, just chillin on the porch with my cousins"

"That sound boring as hell" he laughed

"That's the only thing for us to do. Issa boring ass day"

"No it aint. Y'all can come chill with us at my place" he offered and for some reason my heart started beating fast a little. I haven't chilled at a boy's house in a long time. I just hope I'm not moving too fast
