"Arson and Destruction of personal property" Kd explained the charges he received yesterday in jail. What happened was he got tired of tony complaining about him nearly burning down the kitchen every time he works, so he decided to burn up Tony's car instead. Dumb ass

"Nigga yo ass bout to do some time if they find you guilty" Ben told him while he flipped the burgers on the grill. We were all at my house in the backyard cooking out and just having a good time since it was gonna be a sunny day. Kd smacked his lips and drunk some of his root beer before speaking again

"I'm bout to get a good ass lawyer so I ain worried bout that. I'll probably end up just doing a couple days"

"Nigga, the destruction of personal property alone gone be just as bad as a class 6 felony. You bout to probably do some years instead of just a couple days" Kentrell told Kd as the back door opened and Baby Joe walked outside with a burp rag thrown across his shoulder

"You must've just had bailey" Sky asked and he nodded

"Yeah. How you know?"

She pointed to the burp rag and he looked at it before silently cursing himself. He knows Sophie is VERY particular about where she sets Bailey's things because she feels like the world is gonna end if anything is misplaced. It didn't even take two seconds later before Sophie started yelling for baby joe

Just like I thought

While he rolled his eyes and made his way back into the house, I laughed. I watched Kentrell as he stood over by the grill with Ben, boomer, three and Kd. Kentrell has this smile on his face as he laughed and for some reason seeing him smile made me feel good. It also almost turned me on

"Gracie you looking at Kentrell like this your first time ever seeing him" sky said with a laugh and I smiled

"Cause, Kentrell is fine as hell"

I began to look over at Kentrell again, however Kd blocked my view by him walking over to us "Aye, y'all please tell me y'all agree with me that th-"

"No" Bree immediately cut him off "everything you say makes no sense so I'm gonna go ahead and disagree"

"Fuck you witcho tweety bird shaped head" Kd spat back and Bree quickly touched her forehead. He rolled his eyes before looking at us again "anyways, this question is for humans only so Bree don't matter anyways. But like I was sayin, don't y'all think the world gone end after 1999 over?"

"What make you think it's gonna end?" I immediately asked, a little bothered by that question. A lot of people have been talking about this whole end of the world shit since 1999 is approaching us very soon, however I think we shouldn't be worried about what happens after 1999 right now. Most of us need to hope that we could make it to see 1999 with this crazy ass world we live in

"Kd. That's honestly the stupidest shit I've ever heard" sky told him and he bawled up his face at her

"Aye Kd, you wanna take over the grill?" Ben asked, laughing and we all looked at him as if he lost his mind

"HELL NO" everyone practically said in unison, offending Kd

"You know what, FUCK ALL OF YALL" Kd yelled and sat down on one of the chairs

"Don't be so sensitive Kd. You know you can't cook" I assured him in a very soothing voice as I placed my hand on his shoulder. He turned his head and looked back at me for a while before responding

"Gracie... you cant talk"

I took my hand off of Kd's shoulder and frowned.

"Well at least I try. You just don't give a damn"
