Chapter 2

Kassandra's POV

I forgot to mention I have 2 older brothers, Elijah and Ethan. Ethan is my twin and is older by 5 minutes. They are both so over protective. Ethan's more chill than Elijah and they are both super goofy. Ethan's the prankster while Elijah is the quarterback of Woodside high school football team.

Ethan has dark brown eyes with a dark brown quiff with 6ft 1height, he's the same age as me seeing as we are twins, fraternal to be exact.

Elijah has icy blue eyes with dark brown hair and is 6ft 3.

I opened the door and saw Ethan leaning against the doorframe. "Look who's finally done! Come, on we're gonna be late for school"

I groaned and trudged down the stairs and grabbed a twix to eat there on the way. I walked out to see Elijah in the front motioning for me to hurry up. Me and Ethan ran to the car.

Me, Ethan and Elijah are all popular and everyone adores us seeing as we are genuinely nice people. Elijah parked into our reserved space and we all walked to the entrance of the school.

I walked to my locker and saw Lexy and Jayden waiting for me. "There you are. We left as someone wouldn't get up." Lexy said, narrowing her eyes at me slightly. "Sorry guys. I was too tired to get up" I said. "Make sure it doesn't happen again and have you even sorted out your outfit for the ball?" Lexy said.

"Mom is going to make Patricia come down to the house to get my dress sorted later" as soon as I said that the bell rang. I groaned and grabbed Jayden's arm so we could got to History.

Lexy waved as she went to English. This was going to be a long day. When all my lessons were over and finally it was lunch, I walked to the line and grabbed a burger and sat at the popular table. Everyone started talking about mine and Ethan's ball and what they would wear and what I was looking for in a mate. I tried to answer honestly until I was pulled away by Jayden.

I thanked him while we walked to the forest. We both sat down on a bench and admired the view of the beautiful lake in front of us. "What is Lex looking for in a mate?" He asked. I replied honestly "Someone who encourages her to never give up and has a good sense of humour and also is kind-hearted."

You may find it weird that I know that but she always says it and it got stuck in my head.

Jayden nodded and got up and gave me a piggy bank ride while we walked back to school, everyone was giving us curious looks. The bell rang and I groaned as I realised I had maths. This was definitely going to be a long day.

As the bell rang for us to go home, Ethan grabbed my arm and said  "Don't wait up for me, I have detention after school." I rolled my eyes and said "What did you do this time?"

He rubbed his neck nervously and said "I may have put an out of order sign on the teachers toilet and may have put some laxatives in Mr Shaws coffee.I got caught by the cameras." I smacked his back and said "Good luck." I turned my head and watched him as he walked to the detention room.

Suddenly, my phone started blaring Stockholm syndrome by One Direction. I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and saw Elijahs name flashing. I clicked accept.

Hurry up!
Ethan just got detention.
What did he do this time?
He put a out of order sign in the teachers bathroom and put laxatives in Mr Shaws coffee and got caught by the cameras
Hahahahaha.

After a long pause he said,

Hurry up I'm cold
I'm coming!

I sighed and walked to the parking lot to see Elijah. I ran to the car and we sped to the house. I was immediately attacked by Hunter who gave me slobbery kisses. I giggled and ran to my room, Hunter following in the process. I flopped onto my comfy bed and started watching Trauma.
