Spin the bottle

Maya's POV

Everyone sat in a circle and Rose put a bottle in the middle of all of us.

"Who's going first?" I asked.

"I think you should go first since it was your idea," Tess said.

"Okay," Rose said spinning the bottle. which landed on Farkle.

Riley and I laughed under our breath. Farkle and Rose both leaned in and kissed for maybe five seconds.

"Okay," Rose said, "Tess it's your turn."

Tess spun the bottle and it landed on Alex. Tess lend in towards Alex and the kiss for only a second or two.

"Maya it's your turn now," Tess said hanging me the bottle. I spun and it landed on Toby. We leaned in and only kissed for two seconds because Riley was there.

"Riley it's your turn," I said handing her the bottle. The bottle landed on Farkle.

We played this game going on on with random combinations the only one I didn't kiss was Lucas.

"Alright Lucas your turn," Riley said.

Lucas spun the bottle and it landed on me. I blushed. Lucas and I leaned in we were inches away for kiss when I heard my dad yell.

"Hey everyone it's time to leave," my dad yelled.

"Coming," I said still inches away from Lucas but then I looked down.

Everyone got up and awkwardly walked away.

"Well that was interesting," Riley said to me as we were walking up to our room.

"Yeah you can say that again," I said.

"Hey Maya can I talk to you again?" Alex said coming up to me.

"Umm can we talk tomorrow I'm really tired," I said.

"Yeah goodnight," Alex said.

I walked into our room Riley was laying on top of her covers.

"Toby asked me out," Riley said.

"What did you say?" I asked.

"I needed time to think about it," Riley said.

"Why? I thought you liked him."

"I do it's just he's moving away and I don't want to start something I can't finished."

"I think you should go for it."

"Yeah maybe."

Farkle's POV

"You almost kissed Maya," I said to Lucas.

"Yeah I would have rather kissed her than Rose all those times," Lucas laughed.

"How many times did you guys kiss?" I laughed.

"I think 6 times," Lucas said before we heard a knock at the door.

"Come in," I yelled and Alex walked in.

"Hey guys can I ask you something?" Alex said shutting the door.

"Sure," Lucas said.

"How should I ask Maya out?" Alex said.

"You want to ask Maya out?" Lucas answered.

"Are you sure that's a good idea?" I said.

"What do you mean?" Alex asked.

"You are leaving in less than 48 hours and Maya isn't coming home for another month," I said.

"Long distance relationships never work," Lucas said.

"I don't care I like her so I'm going to ask her before I leave," Alex said getting up and walking out the door.

"Thanks man," Lucas said after Alex was long gone.

"For what?" I asked.

"Trying to Alex to back off," Lucas said.
