Vlad's POV
Today is the rugby match. The day I might be Rainie's boyfriend. I hope, I got changed in the disgusting changing room. I hope it's worth it because I would never do it again. The boys don't talk to me, they play roughly and it's very tiring. I always have to do demonstrations and I'm always crap at it that the boys laugh at me but it doesn't bring me down. What brings me down is Rainie rejecting me. I walked slowly out to the warm sun and boys warming up. I noticed Rainie and Robin with Rainie with a thumbs up and Robin mouthing good luck. I waved at them and jogged to the match. It was rough. The score were 3-3 and we need 1 more point to win. I catched the ball and ran my ass off but then I was tackled
And I broke my leg.
I winced in pain as I saw Rainie run to me.
"Vlad, are you ok?" she asked sweetly
"Vlad, I think you broke it." the teacher said.
Robin and the teacher made me hop to the nurse.
"Looks like your gonna be in a cast. Someone is gonna have to look at you." the nurse
"I'll look after him! I live with him so that will be easy." Rainie said
Yes!! She's gonna look after me. Looks like this broken leg has brought me closer to Rainie.
"Thanks, Rainie!" I said
The nurse nodded and went out of the room
"Dont worry about anything. I'll do anything you ask." she said.
I smirked and asked "Will you feed me grapes?"
"No, just because you broke your leg doesn't mean your arms don't work."
We both laughed and smiled
"Come on, let's go home." I said
"And never going to rugby, I don't want my best friend coming home a broken legs several times a year." she joked.
"Vladdy, what have you done to yourself?" Dad asked
"He played rugby and broke his leg." Rainie explained.
"What?! You wasted your time in sport when you could be growing your fangs." he said angrily.
"Its not his fault!" she defended me.
"Don't defend him!" her Dad ordered
"Dont take it out on her!" I shouted
The silence stayed after 2 minutes as I hopped away and Rainie held on to me.
