I was taken to the ER because my migraines kept me home from school for the past few days. They always affect me but today was one of the worst. My pain level was at 10 all through the night and continued through the morning. I took excedrin around 6 am with no help. It went down a little before going to hospital because I had caffeine. Once I was given a room, the pain was at an 8. The doctors had given me triptan (a shot for migraine and nerve pain.
