Dark Link hates his eyes, as he doesn't like having his emotions written on his face. Whenever he's scared or upset, he tries to hide his eyes (usually by avoiding eye contact or pulling his hair in front of his eyes). Unfortunately for him, the other members of Zalgo's Army are fascinated by his eyes, and find them mesmerizing (or, at the very least, love staring at him to make him uncomfortable) This helped fuel his distaste for his eyes. However, his hatred for his eyes was lessened when Ben compared them to fire (the warmth of fire to protect his family and the ferocity of fire to defend them).
