You stood in front of Jesus pacing while you spoke, you obviously had a lot on your plate and the situation the two of you were in wasn't making anything better for you. "Do you even want to be in this relationship anymore?" You asked while turning to look at him though his eyes were turned towards the ground, the words had slipped past your lips yet you had no problem leaving them out there while you waited for an answer.
After what felt like an hour, but was really only a few seconds you spoke a little more harshly. "Goddamn it! At least look at me!" You shouted and this time he responded, it wasn't with words but he did was asked of him. He looked up at you with tears threatening to flow out at any second. In that moment you wanted to take it all back so you stood in silence while he waited for your next words.
