You and Conner were those people that everyone thought were dating but actually weren't. Conner and you liked each other but neither of you would act upon your feels. You were at your first high school homecoming and of course the two of you went together but as friends. "I'll go get you some punch." He says and stands up from you table. "If you don't ask Conner to dance I will." Your friend says which makes you stand up and walk over to Conner but as soon as you get there you feel your nerves go through the roof. "Here you are Y/N." He says and hands you the cup. "Let's hope someone spiked it." You day and he looks down and laughs. "Will you dance with me?" You ask after you down the drink and sadly there was no alcohol. "Of course."
