"Welcome to Glenmore high school Ms. Matthew's I'm principle Simmons and my office is right in that office" she said handing me my schedule and pointing to the door behind her
"Thank you principle Simmons" I said walking back Over to Aaliyah
"I'm all set" I said with a nervous smile
She smiled at me before looking down at her phone.
"Okay good I gotta let you meet some people before class start" she said motioning for me to follow her
"Ella this is Jayda, Jayda this is Lucas girlfriend Ella" Aaliyah said smiling at the both of us

"Hi, nice to meet you" we said in unison before laughing
I don't know what it is but I'm just super nervous like butterflies are jumping around in my stomach and I could tell people noticed that I was new, hopefully I don't get too many stares but those chances aren't looking that bright right now. I went over my schedule with Aaliyah and Ella. Me and Aaliyah only have three class together and me and Ella had four. I looked at my schedule once more before walking into my first period class. As soon as I walked in everything stopped the noise, the laughter like god just put the world on pause... but I continued to walk not looking at anyone until I heard my teacher call out to me.
"Ms. Matthew's come introduce yourself and one fact about you before you take a seat please" I heard my teacher said lord how I hated him at this moment.
I walked back to the front of the class and spotted Dave right before I was about to speak.
"I'm Jayda, and I'm from Harlem New York" I said looking at everybody's faces once
"Thank you Jayda, I'm mr. Martin"
"Nice to meet you" I said before walking to the back of the class and sitting in the only seat available which happened to be next to Dave.
I took a seat and tried my best not to look at all the people who were staring at me. I took a few deep breaths trying to control my growing anger.
"You okay baby" I heard a voice say putting their hand on mine
I looked up and saw all these niggas egging him on to talk to me. I snatched my hand away quick
"No funny shit you bugging my nigga" I said feeling as though I was gonna pop off any second.
"I don't think y'all should do that she got a bad temper, y'all saw what happened to Sean face?"
