Bill's P.O.V.

I crawled from under her bed. I couldn't help but feel responsible for what had just happened.

Bill: I'm s-so sorry. A-Are you okay?

Y/n: Yeah, I'm fine.

Her eyes were glued to the floor. You could tell she was embarrassed.

Bill: L-L-Let me look at that.

I gently lifted her hand away from her cheek. Henry's hand had left a red mark on her left cheek. I got my bag from under the bed and took out a blue Arnica bottle (a cream used to treat irritated skin). I twisted the cap and squeezed some cream onto my index finger.

Bill: D-Does that happen o-often?

She nodded as I spread the cream on the cheek.

Bill: D-Do you l-love him?

I didn't want to seem nosy and shoved the tube of Arnica back in my bag.

Y/n: Henry is...

Bill: Bu-But do y-you?

Y/n: No

Her eyes drifted back to the floor as she fiddled with her watch.

I glanced at her wrist and read: 5:02.

Bill: I-I should h-head home.

Y/n: You can't use the living room door. Henry and Belch are watching TV.

Bill: I c-could use the win-window.

She nodded. We walked over to the window and she opened it.

I looked down and saw some harmless bushes. Those might soften the fall. I swung one leg out, sat on the window sill and jumped. To my surprise, It didn't hurt that bad. "bye", she whisper-yelled as I rode off on my bike.
