Redemption

"Buddy don't worry she will come around" Abhir said as Arav sat in their room in Vihar all upset

"She is not a bee to come around, she is my sister" Arav rolled his eyes

"Attention seeking is kind a in gense" he said and looked out of the window in the gardens

Abhir knew that Arav was sad but he won't share, tough but you know

"Accha tho kya karne ka socha hai?" Abhir said

"Kuch nahi socha hai, mera dimag hi kaam nahi kar raha" Arav said fustrated

"Hey boys" they trun to see Manik had entered their room

"Don't you have any work Mr Malhotra?" Arav asked he seriously doubted if Manik worked or not

"I do have but Jaan called me saying it's an emergency and her staff told me to be here" Manik answered clearly offened

"By the way what are you guys up to?" Manik asked them

"Nothing" Abhir and Arav answered together

They stood there not knowing what to talk further but they akward silence was broken by the phone in the room

Arav walked and answered the phone

"Hello?"

"Hello Aru?" he heard Nandini

"Mom why are you calling?" Arav asked remembering Manik's emergent thing

"You have to do my work Aru" Nandini said and Arav could hear her flip files

"A staff will come with food make Manik eat it ok" she said and Arav looked at Manik who was already looking at her

"Ok" he replied

"Aru he will do tantrums but don't listen ok he didn't eat his breakfast too, emotional blackmail of need" Nandini said and the bell of the rang

Abhir opened the door as a staff member walked with food trolley

"Fine Mom" Arav rolled his eyes and cut the call

"That's for you" Arav said pointed to the trolley talking to Manik

"What?" Manik asked confused

"You not having breakfast was my mother's emergency" Arav said and sat on the sofa

"I can't emotional blackmail you that's Ari's and Mom's department but yaa you are not leaving without eating this either varna main Mom ki call karunga and then she has to come leaving her important meeting" Arav said

"Soch lo" he added after a pause and Manik looked at him

"Ya not going to emotional blackmail right" saying Manik sat and started to eat timely looking at Arav who was looking something on his iPad and Abhir who was peeping in it

"Kya kar hae ho Hmm?" Manik asked curious

"If you are free Kya aap hume ghar le ja sakte hai?" Arav asked

"No I have work" Manik gave a tight lip smile

"I will ask the driver to drop you" he said seeing Arav's face sad

"Thank you" Arav jumped and dragged Abhir with him

"Boys" Manik called as they were going to exit

"I am going to pick others from the school would you like to join?" he asked and they nodded yes

"So I will pick you up" Manik said and continued to rat

"I was right he doesn't have any work" Arav said to Abhir which even Manik heard it and glared at Arav who ran out making Abhir laugh at the father-son
