M: *stil lounging in bed* Daddy.. I want to go to Home Depot mamya to check some tiles and fixtures. Samahan mo ko?
R: Ma, alam mo namang may ganap ako mamaya for Belo. Bakit ngayon mo lang sinabi? Sana kahapon pa. I could have moved the schedule around para free ako.
M: Eh sa ngayon ko lang naisip eh. As in, when I woke up 5 minutes ago.
R: How about tomorrow instead?
M: Ako naman may ganap bukas for the Betadine group.
R: And you know I can't do Friday. May Pasikhayan ako sa Sta. Rosa. Usually inaabot na ng hapon yun. Di nga yata ako makakapag EB nun.
M: Oh well.. ako nalang nga. Nade-delay yung expected dates natin for the house eh. We have to start choosing na yung designs ng mga tiles, ng mga fixtures. Di maka usad si architect sa design kasi di pa tayo makapili ng gusto natin. I want that house done and ready to be moved in before the baby comes. Ayokong abutin pa ng panganganak ko then we have to mind the baby and the house na di pa natatapos. We still have that project sa Batangas na iintindihin din.
R: Don't bother yourself too much yet about the Batangas project Ma.. surprise ko sayo yun di ba. Ako ng bahala dun.
M: Kahit na! I still want to choose yung mga designs dun. Baka ayaw ko naman nung ipapalagay mo. Papatanggal ko lang din yun. Waste of time, money and effort.
R: I know Ma, I know. Walang ilalagay dun na di mo approved and nagustuhan. But leave it be for now. Let's finish the main house first. Concentrate muna tayo dito para we can move in before the baby comes. Ayaw ko na na-stress ka pa dahil dito. Not good for both of you. Sige if you really want to go later, hanap tayo ng makakasama mo. Wait lang, I'll call Dad baka free sya later pasamahan na kita.
M: Huy wag na nakakahiya kay Daddy Rick, mang aabala pa tayo ng tao. Ako nalang.
R: Hindi pwedeng mag isa ka lang. Ano bang alam mo sa mga designs na ganyan. We need somebody na kahit pano may knowledge sa mga fixtures ng bahay. Yung kahit pano may technical know-how.
M: Isasama ko naman si Architect.
R: Kahit na, we need someone who will give us pointers and trusted natin. Someone from the family. Hang on let me text Dad. *texts DB*
M: Text ko din si Nanay maybe she can go with me.
R: *reads DB's reply to his text* Ay naman! Daddy can't go. May PTA meeting pala si Angel this afternoon.
M: *reads ND's reply to her text* Hay, Si Nanay din, no good. She has a meeting too mamaya for Shell.
R: *looks at M's sad face* cancel ko nalang ganap ko mamya gusto mo?
M: Uy wag. Nakakahiya kay Dra. Belo. Saka may kasama ka dun. Nakakahiya din kay Ms. Jennilyn. Busy din schedule nun. I don't want na may sasabihin sila sayo just because of the whinings of your wife. I can't abide by that.
R: Pero gusto mo talagang pumunta sa Home Depot?
M: *nods sadly* Ewan ko ba basta nagising ako nasa mood ako to go today eh. *pouts*
R: Oh wag na sad, sad din ang baby pag sad ang Mommy. Gawaan ko ng paraan yan, wag ka na muna mag isip. Let me get up and see what's for breakfast first. Dito ka muna and magpahinga lang. Are you craving for anything?
