      there was an excess of applause and cheer as timothée and theodosia walked out, waving as they took a seat on the couch. jimmy fallon grinned from ear to ear as he greeted the pair, resting his elbows on his desk. "welcome, welcome, how are we?" he asked, the crowd dying down.
      "we're doing good," timothée answered for the both of them, wiping his palms on his pant legs as theodosia kicked her feet up beneath her, running a hand through her hair in the form of a nervous habit.
      "that's good, that's good. so explain to me again how the two of you became friends?"
      timothée let out a laugh, causing theodosia to smack his shoulder as she answered, "well, i do this thing where i do mini movie reviews on my twitter after i see a movie in theatres, and after seeing call me by your name i had tweeted something rather, um, suggestive at him, and we ended up messaging each other. things were a little wonky for awhile but with the help of armie and elizabeth, we worked everything out and we're closer friendship wise than we had been when we were dating."
      "that's fantastic, it really is. so theodosia, you're rather new to the scene, yeah?"
      "yeah, i, uh, i wasn't really known until everything with timmy, and then i did recently publish my first poetry book, it's called trust fall [noun] and actually, timmy will be joining me on the tour, which, as you all know, begins tomorrow night."
      the crowd roared with applause as jimmy asked, "where all will the readings be taking place? like i know you're doing america but i know europe was up in the air."
      "it'll just be the united states, with a few stops in the uk."
      "so that she can see her beau," timothée added, wiggling his brows, giggling as theodosia elbowed him in the side. "it's not like i'm lying."
      "well, we're not discussing that just yet, so don't even ask, jimmy," she wagged her finger at him.
      jimmy threw his hands up as he and the crowd laughed. he then glanced at his notecards, "oh hey, it says here that, uh, you both have an announcement to make? what about?"
      timothée and theodosia grinned at each other as he squeezed her knee, sitting up straighter. "has anyone here heard of a little book called anna and the french kiss?" the crowd began to scream and go crazy before he held his hands up, the noise slowly dying off. "well it's being made into a movie with, uh, theodosia here playing anna as i play étienne." they went crazy once more, a couple of the girls tearing up with pure excitement. "so yeah. that was, uh, that was our big announcement, man." he gave his signature grin as he looked to an equally smiley theodosia, her nodding to him with approval.
      "while he and i tour with the book, we'll begin reviewing and memorising our scripts and once the tour ends we'll go directly into filming and whatnot."
      "that's so exciting!" jimmy exclaimed. "i would love to hear more, but that's unfortunately all the time we have for now, but thank you both for coming on the show."
      "thanks for having us."
