It's crazy how life can throw so many curves at one person. A lot of the things that have been happening to me now I have come to the understanding that it as because of the choices made in my past but regardless I wouldn't change the past for anything.
Growing up in Trinidad, my life was what some would call as 'comfortable'. Being middle class here was just below being wealthy, only difference you had to work. Both my parents worked but my mother more so raised me and my brother. Though my dad was around, our relationship wasn't as strong as my relationship is with my mother.
For the past couple years, my life been like a roller coaster and honestly, I just wish I could just get that second chance to make things right again.
