Night time
[Y/N] POV
"[Y/N]-chan"
What's this...?
"[Y/N]-chan"
Who... who is there...?
"[Y/N]-chan..."
A distant voice keeps calling me, but... who are they?
"[Y/N]-chan...I see you still have problems waking up"
It sounds like a woman's voice... so distant, yet so familiar...
"[Y/N]-chan... Wake up, my little sunshine"
W-what...?
Only she called me like that...
Don't tell me...
"Tsk, tsk. I see you're lazy as always, [Y/N]-chan" said another voice, a male's voice
"Oi, don't be mean" scolded the first voice
"What? Can't I make fun of her when she refuses to wake up?" Laughed the second voice
The first one sighed frustrated by the second one's actions.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry" chuckled the second one
"Who... are you..." I managed to say, refusing to get up
"Oh, man, are you serious?" Said the second voice in a sassy tone
"[Y/N]-chan, please... look at us..." said the first voice in a calm tone
I'm trying to get up with all of my force, but I only manage to get on my knees and to face the two voices...
When...
"No..." I whispered, my eyes widening because of the shock
"Look at us, [Y/N]-chan" said the first voice, grabbing my chin with her left hand
"NO!" I shouted, pushing her hands away. "You're not real! It's just a dream!"
"[Y/N]..." Sighed the first voice, concerned
"Get away from me! It's just a dream!" I kept yelling
"Come on, sunshine. Don't do this" said the second voice
"Don't come any closer!" I yelled at them, keeping my eyes shut. "Go away! Stop messing with my mind! Please..."
Frustrated, I put my hands on my head, slightly pulling my hair with my fingers, tightening the grip, shaking my head, mumbling between my sobs: "This isn't real... this isn't real..."
"Come on, [Y/N], don't give us that face..." said the second voice
"You're not real! You... you... You're dead!!" I shouted from the top of my lungs
The last sentence made the "voices" flinch and look worried at me. The first one kneeled down, taking my hands off of my hair in her own, flashing a sad smile.
"I... even if you can't come back... I want you to be here... I want you to be with me and... I know that sounds selfish, but... I wish you were here with me... mama... papa..." I managed to say between my sobs
As childish as their "names" sound, that's what I always called them... but calling them like this right now... it sounds so... stupid...
"Oh, sunshine" said my mom, caressing my hair. "We'll always be with you. We're here with you" she said, pointing to my heart
